Posto meraviglioso con una vista mozzafiato, la casa e' ben curata e pulita, il proprietario è molto gentile e pronto a soddisfare le esigenze.Da tornarci sicuramente

Una casa fantastica
Una bella casa, spaziosa, pulita con una splendida piscina in una locazione tranquilla e non troppo lontano dal mare. Ci serve la macchina. Ideale per famiglie e/o un gruppo di amici. Se hai bisogno c’è sempre qualcuno vicino da aiutarVi.
Ci torneremo ancora senz’altro.

Lovely position, well appointed, great set up.
A great rural destination, well organised and set up with all the modern amenities that a family might require. The roof terrace offers special panoramic vistas go the Calabrian coast. Some minor suggestions - the BBQ is round the back and rather inconvenient for use in the villa, but maybe better for the adjoining apartment. Is it possible to have a second more conveniently placed for the main house? The air-con in the main bedroom is not particularly efficient and could do with a service/upgrade. However overall this is a cracking property, the pool is brilliant and the many different types of spaces make it a delight to use.

Wonderful villa and town
The villa is just lovely! The pool area is very private and lots of shade/sun spots for you to choose. The roof terrace was such a surprise - looking out at Stromboli in the evenings and watching the calm of the Tyrrhenian Sea... we absolutely loved it.
We stayed for two weeks and had 2 nights in Sicily in between, it was perfect but as there are no taxis in Zambrone during September due to Italian holidays, and the last train back from Tropea was c730pm, you definitely have to drive in the evenings which means you can’t enjoy the wine quite as much as you might like, but we still had a lovely time ;) The other negative of September was the mosquitos - keep covered up in the evenings and bring plenty of spray from the UK (50% DEET) - the highest we could find during our whole trip in Italy was 20% DEET - so don’t rely on buying it in Italy.
Had a lovely time, and the villa is beautiful and exceeded our expectations in terms of space and very clean. The owner was very helpful via email and a lovely man called Francesco assisted us during our stay - it was a really great holiday and we will be back :) would recommend it to anyone.
Also, the pizzeria in the local town of Zambrone was just great - only 5 mins drive / 20 min walk :)

Perfect if you have a car
The house is on the hill next to Zambrone. Less than 10 minutes by car from really nice beaches (zambrone,parghelia... Tropea is a bit more far away but it deserves to be visited above all during low season).
Your privacy is protected by the high hedges and trees. We enjoyed the sunny mornings into the swimming pool. The pool was always clean : Mr Francesco, the gardener , a really patient and nice person, has visited us every 2 days early in the morning in order to clean it. Exquisite person.
There is a shower with hot water outside next to the swimming pool.
In the kitchen there is everything we needed. Wash machine, dishwasher, small oven and all the rest for cooking a nice meal. There are different supermarkets within few km where is possible to buy local food and fruit&vegetables shops.
Air conditioning in both bed rooms and tv with international programs.
Terrace on the top of the house with a beautiful view on the Mediterranean sea.
We have been there for 1 week and planning to come back the next year for 2 weeks!
We can definitely advise it to those who wants to visit this beautiful region!

Wonderful villa in a perfect location
I had a wonderful week long stay in this beautiful villa. It is close to a number of lovely restaurants and beaches. It is also a short drive from the historic town of Tropea, which is a lovely place to explore and go for lunch or dinner. The roof top area is one of the highlights - the perfect spot for a drink whilst watching the breathtaking sunset every evening. The pool and BBQ area are lovely and clean. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, in a beautiful part of Southern Italy.

Très agréable villa
La villa est très bien située dans un quartier calme et résidentiel, elle est très bien équipée et offre une très belle vue, la piscine est très agréable. Nous y avons passé de très belles vacances.

Empfehlenswert
Haus und Garten sind in einem hervorragenden Zustand und sehr sauber. Der beiheizbare Pool ist gerade zu einer späteren Jahreszeit der absolute Knaller, insbesondere mit Kindern. Aber auch das Meer war Ende Oktober noch warm genug für ein tägliches Bad in kristallklarem Wasser an wunderschönen Stränden.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wie beschrieben, allerdings gibt es keine deutschen TV-Sender und der DVD-Player hat einen russischen Codex. Wir haben beides aber auch nicht vermisst.
Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Francesco ist alleine schon einen Besuch wert (typischer Italiener), auch wenn er leider nur italienisch spricht. Zum Glück gibt es ja den Google Übersetzer. Theoretisch konnte man die wenigen Sachen auch über Tanya klären, da sie sowohl englisch, als auch italienisch spricht, aber wir haben lieber direkt mit Francesco gesprochen, der täglich, bzw. bei Bedarf vorbei kam.
Auch die Kommunikation mit Alex war sehr gut, sowohl vor, als auch während des Aufenthaltes.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus in der schönen Umgebung sehr genossen und würden auch nochmals hinfahren.

Outstanding villa with the most amazing views
We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks and only wished we could have stayed longer.
The villa was better than described. Had everything you could possibly wish for (except an oven) but we managed with the hobs when we ate in.
Was extremely comfortable, clean and well maintained.
The views from the roof were incredible when it was clear and we watched the most amazing storms out at sea one night - was breathtaking.
Pool was lovely and maintained by Francesco a lovely guy who was amazed by Google translate that my husband kept using.
Alex communication was good before the holiday and Tanya who is the local agent during the holiday.
We had a couple of issues that were sorted out within the day so you couldn't ask for quicker service.
I'd highly recommend the villa and the area if you just want a break from it all

A lovely villa with great views of coastline
As has been said in previous reviews, a lovely villa with great views of the coastline, situated in a quiet residential area. Outside space offering both sun and shade with pool to cool off in was definitely a highlight for us. Inside is, as described, 'homely' and was clean and comfortable. Only thing we missed in the kitchen was an oven as there is only a 4 ring hob. We used 2 supermarkets in Zambrone itself most of the week for basic supplies. The booking process was very smooth and Alex always provided a swift response to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this villa and would book again if holidaying in the area as there are loads of places to visit. Car hire is essential.
