Ας ξεκινήσουμε πρώτα απο την επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη,ο οποίος ηταν πολύ ευγενικός,εξυπηρετικός και ενδιαφέρθηκε πολλάκις για το εαν θα μας αρέσει η διαμονή.Η βίλα-σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ ήσυχη τοποθεσία,πολύ κοντά στο Πόρτο Χέλι και στις γύρω παραλίες.Απο τον κεντρικό σε 2 λεπτά βρίσκεσαι στην βίλα,ενώ υπάρχει παραλία μόλις στα 400μ. και οι αποστάσεις είναι το πολύ 10 λεπτά.Η βίλα ειναι τεραστίων διαστάσεων με μεγάλο σαλόνι,τραπεζαρία και κουζίνα και 4 υπνοδωμάτια οπου μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν εως και 9 άτομα.Υπάρχουν 5 μπανια αρκετά μεγάλα και αυτά.Εξωτερικά υπάρχει και εκει μεγάλος χώρος ,στεγαζόμενο πάρκινγκ,σαλόνι τραπεζαρία αλλά και μια υπέροχη πισίνα.Πραγματικά η πισίνα είναι πανέμορφη,το φίλτρο δούλευε συνέχεια και υπήρχαν αρκετές ξαπλώστρες.Ο χώρος ηταν αρκετά καθαρός δεδομένου και των 160 τ.μ.Για την τιμή του ηταν πολύ καλό.Εαν θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερο;ναι σίγουρα,υπάρχουν πραγματάκια για διόρθωση αλλά σίγουρα εαν ηταν ολα τέλεια πιστεύω θα ηταν στην διπλάσια τιμή. Οσον αφορά τα ζωύφια,σοβαρευτείτε το σπίτι βρίσκεται μες την φύση και εμείς είδαμε μια αράχνη που ήθελε να μπει αλλά και λίγα ζωύφια που είχαν πεσει στην πισίνα.Πήραμε την απόχη και τα απομακρύναμε,5 λεπτά υπόθεση.Η βίλα σίγουρα θέλει λίγες βελτιώσεις αλλά νομίζω οτι σε αυτη την τιμή ειναι τίμια και αρκετά καλή.

The worst experience of my life
I booked this place for 6 people. As soon as I arrived in the house, the owner gave me the keys and left. When we entered the house, we were all surprised with what we saw. Dust, spiders, urine, spiderwebs covering the bedrooms, bathrooms and living room, insects of any kind. The swimming pool was completely dirty. The house had not been cleaned for a long time. We emediatelly called the owner and informed about the disaster we came across with and asked for a refund. He sent a woman to witness the situation and she agreed that the house had not been cleaned. After her confirmation, the owner agreed to refund, which he never did. Our vacation was ruined and the owner lied that he would refund us, saying we were liars, despite the fact that the cleaning lady transfered him the disgusting scenery she witnessed and the evidence we gathered. I attach the photos below. We booked via booking.com. Be aware that the comments there are constantly changing and are not relevant to the real thing. Stay away.

Horrible/Dirtiest place we ever been!Stay away!
We have booked one villa for 6 people/3 nights and paid 1000 euros for it. When arriving there, we were really excited to spend a relaxing vacation in front of the pool! Little did we know the horror to come! When we went to the bedrooms, we started noticing the dirt everywhere! The bathrooms looked like they were not cleaned for months! One toilet even had pee at the bottom of it, as can be seen in the photos! There were spiders and insects everywhere, which would be normal if they hadn’t had nests and webs everywhere! The pool was also dirty but at that point we didn’t even bother taking a photo! All we wanted was to leave as soon as possible! We called the owner and expressed our disappointment and said that we will leave due to the unhygienic situation and he sent a person to check what is happening, as he insisted that the property was cleaned 3 days ago. That person came and told us that the cleaning lady had COVID and didn’t come to clean for several days, so didn’t clean before we came! The owner agreed that he will refund us the full amount and after two weeks of waiting he told us that we are SPOILED and he shouldn’t have said that he will refund us the money and if we wanted we should drive there and get half of the amount!! We had made the reservation via booking.com, and the owner had removed all bad reviews and only had one fake review with grade 10 left (even though he had BAD ones before!)! Our vacation were ruined, we are really frustrated by the handling of the situation and we want to protect any future people from getting scammed by these people!!! Please be aware and stay away!!!

Fabulos Villa, Fantastic Hostess....!!
Where do I start! Mary, the life and breathe of Porto Heli...what a wonderful hostess..
She made the holiday one to never forget! If only we could have stayed longer. Mary showed us around the area and all the amenities required by a family with 3 kids under the age of 10. Our kids enjoyed the spacious villa and the pool. Mary was always willing and ready to assist with all our queries. Having such a great hostess makes the holiday worthwhile. Shame it had to end!
The villa was fabulous, spacious, well equipped with all the kitchen appliances including a barbecue with very good quality cotton bed linen and comfy mattresses and pillows. Its located near lovely beaches and beach clubs for a day out with family or just to relax. Nikki Beach Hotel and Porto Heli Town are 5 mins away.
Angie the House keeper was very diligent attending to any queries with the villa very promptly..
Also, Mary was able to assist with boat rentals nearby and the rental cost was very affordable.
Thanks Mary and family! we will definitely be back next year.

Très bonne location
Nous avons séjourné à 4 adultes et 6 adolescents pendant 11 jours : villa très agréable, tout à fait conforme aux photos et à la description du site web. La plage de sable est également très belle. Tout le monde a été très satisfait de cette location et de ce séjour, rien à redire. Well done Mary ! Philippe J.

Excellent/Beautiful Property! Mary, the owner, she is the BEST you will ever meet!!
The villa is in beautiful surroundings close to the beach, clean fully equipped and with good service and staff always on hand and willing! Of course, great value for the money! I am a world traveler and I have rented many properties before, but this one makes the top of my list!! Mary, she is the best property owner you will ever meet! The world needs more people like her!! Cheers to Mary!
I will be going back with my family next year.

Great villa, good location, lovely Mary,,
The area of the villa is excellent - there are plenty of great beaches with clear, clean water, good restaurants and a pleasant atmosphere. The area of Porto-heli not toured too much so this is a great area for those who want some peace and quiet.
The villa is just fine: Very well equipped and very comfortable stay for two families (we were 9 people with 5 kids). The swimming pool is pleasant and spacious and the entire villa is lovely place for a pleasant long stay.
The owner Mary is a lovely, helpful and charming woman and when technical problems were found (such as broken air-condition, broken tap etc.) Mary and her team solved these problems quickly and effectively.
Total: This is a excellent villa in a good location! we enjoyed very much our 10 days stay there.

Excellent Peaceful Porto Heli Villa
As this villa is at least 3 hrs from Athens Airport it is advisable to hire a car(s) as we did. There were 7 adults and a baby. We were attending a family wedding and our stay was also a holiday.
There are 2 supermarkets, shops, restaurants within a short driving distance from the villa, all very good and not far from the harbour. There are a number of quiet beaches and an island close by that can be reached by water taxi, all worth visiting.
On the way from the airport there are a number of beauty spots and restaurants worth stopping at and to have refreshments.
The villa is well equipped, furnished, very clean and to a high standard. The owners ensured that all our needs were met, including a cot, highchair and baby bath. There is also a housekeeper who we could contact if we needed anything.

Great holiday in villa near Porto Heli
We booked the villa for 1 week in August. It was very clean and the fixtures and fittings were excellent and as described on the website.
The layout is good with a central living space and sleeping either in the basement or the top floor. All bedrooms had air con. Bedding was supplied as clean good quality linen with blanks if required. The living area had plenty of room and led onto nice private terraces.
A 5 min walk along the road in front led to a quiet beach, it was slightly rocky for the first 20 feet but past that it was sandy floor and clean water. Other lovely bays and beaches were within 10 mins drive.
The pool was clean and right next to the villa. The villa was on a shared plot with 2 other properties but because of careful layout each property was private and quiet. This is the best of the 3 villas in terms of layout for sum and pool. It was secure and safe within a private garden space. A private covered double car parking place was supplied.
Porto Heli was 5 mins car drive and had a supermarket and all other services, plus restaurants and bars if required.
