Fantastic place in lovely setting.
This property is a real find. Excellent accommodation in a lovely location. The apartment had everything we needed and the swimming pool is excellent. The property is set on its own but is well located to visit many of the towns in Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa and Lucca. The nearby town of San Miniato has wonderful restaurants and views. The owner was very nice and helpful. 5 *****

très bel endroit, paisible, bien situé pour visiter la Toscane. Accueil souriant et chaleureux. Logement agréable, confortable et fonctionnel. Une adresse à conserver et à recommander.

perfetto!
abbiamo passato un paio di giorni al casale che dire, appartamentini, noi eravamo in due, molto curati camera molto ampia e cucina carinissima , locali puliti, vista mozzafiato,piscina immersa nelle colline toscane e poi roseti e gelsolmini, cura dei particolari. Se capitate da quelle parti non fatevelo scappare, oltretutto da lì si parte per un sacco di destinazioni.
Alla sera abbiamo cenato nella locanda con ottima carne.
Personale gentile ed aperto al dialogo ed al consiglio.

Great place to stay in Tuscany
My husband and I stayed here for one week end of June 2014. Despite the thunderstorm on Sunday evening, the weather was great that week. We really liked the apartment which was well equiped and spacious. During our stay, we rented a car and have visited Pisa, San Gimignano, Siena and Lucca. There is so much more to see and do around here, so we will definitely come back. Would really recommend this location to my friends and family. It is a great place to sit back and relax. Grazie Lamberto!!

PARFAIT
Tout à été parfait de l'accueil aux adieux... Le logement tel que décrit dans leur annonce pas de surprise, ou plutôt si, une très agréable surprise avec une bouteille de vin du domaine en cadeau à notre arrivée. Le rapport qualité/prix au top. Non vraiment rien à redire, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

It was Great !
First off, great value for the money for the lovely living space that you get and access to the pool and their vineyard, and they produce one Rose, one White and one Red.
Rooms are clean and tidy, very nicely decorated in old tuscan country style. If you like hip hotel style, then this is not for you. Self catering is possible as you will have your own fridge, gas stove and oven in your apartment. Efficient heating and hot water shower. Great view from the swimming pool.
The restaurant ! Highly recommended. The best pasta we have had from our trip. We are foodies from Hong Kong and we have had pasta every single day during our 10 day trip in Italy. The price is very good too!
Not a negative comment, but might be useful for some: there is no Free Wi Fi in room at the time of writing of this review (at leat not in the room that we stayed), if you ask the owner, I am sure he can let you have temp access at their office.
Travelling tips:
You need a car to get there.
There are two roads leading to the place. Both are "unpaved" but driveable. You will want to avoid the longer one as its best to keep offroading at minimum, so, if when you get to a junction your GPS tells you to go onto an unpaved road and you see no sign post for the 'hotel', do not use that road and ask the GPS for another approach. it’s much shorter and a easier road.

Amazing!!! Picturesque Tuscan Villa
Our family just stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments and had a wonderful time. The rooms were very large with gorgeous Tuscan landscape views out every window. The Villa is family friendly with a play room, grassy courtyards, a pool and laundry facilities. There is an on-site restaurant which serves free breakfast (included in room rate) and traditional Tuscan dinners from a menu. The owner and his wife are lovely and also run the property as a working farm and have vino, cheese, honey and olive oil to sell if you are interested. Each room and kitchen have that authentic Tuscan feel, can't wait to go back!
