Ci abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni per l'ultimo dell'anno con amici..posto fantastico,immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità..casa molto accogliente e massima disponibilità dei proprietari,esperienza assolutamente da ripetere!!!

settimana d'agosto passata all'insegna della tranquillità con tutta la famiglia,cane compreso. Antonella e Paolo sono molto gentili e disponibili,la casa è molto accogliente,pulita..un po come sentirsi a casa... tutto intorno c'è la pace ed un maneggio dove poter fare escursioni a cavallo a prezzi accessibili. Posizione ottima per chi vuole staccare dalla città ma strategica per chi ogni giorno vuole muoversi nelle città circostanti..Pisa,Firenze..ecc.. tutto molto bello!!! un saluto Paola e family

A wonderful 3 week stay in a wonderful location. We enjoyed it very much, and its perfect for alternating between restful days in San Miniato with easy day trips to Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, etc. Antonella is very patient and extremely helpful. Thanks!!!

My extended family spent the month of June at Antonella's house and it was agreed by all that staying at the restored farm house was the highlight of the trip. We were an intergenerational crowd of grandparents, parents, teenagers, and toddlers and each found something to love about the house and area. Grandparents and parents loved getting away from hectic lives to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside; the teenagers loved the town of San Miniato, gelato and shopping; the toddlers loved the horse farm which was in walking distance and being able to run around and explore without fear of traffic. The location is perfect and we explored Lucca (favorite), Siena, Florence and my sister's family even took the train down to Rome for a few days. However, there are so many gems in the San Miniato area that I preferred remaining local and enjoying the best food in the world at my doorstep. Overall for me, the highlight was eating al fresco every night in the front yard watching the sun set over the Tuscan hills. We can't wait to go back and visit.

My wife and I stayed here in may 13 . was impressed with location , really appreciated the peace and quiet after a busy day out . Everything was comfortable , roomy . really enjoyed our stay here . thanks again antonella for sorting us out after locking ourselves out!

I am a city boy and never relized what I was missing in the countryside. This place was exceptional. There is so much room here and the openness is refreshing. The apartment is extremely well appointed and stocked. I was not used to open windows, but I quickly became a fan. To be able to look out your window, without screen or glass was exhilarating. The main bedroom window was the perfect picture frame for looking at the big dipper. Sunset was amazing. Waking up in the morning to sunshine and open windows was life changing. After having breakfast and while waiting for the ladies to get ready, I found myself laying on the bed in absolue bliss. So much so that during my peacefulness, I fell back to sleep. I have never done that before. The location is well suited for day trips and Florence is amazing. You may want to find an alternate way into the city since parking is expensive. I would definately consider going back to this location to explore more of Italy. I would even consider helping antonella during the harvest of olives. I could get used to this kind of life, which is the best compliment a city boy could give. Thank you antonella for a magical stay.

We were delighted about our stay at Casa Tre Pini! We had a warm welcome from antonella and Paolo who even prepared dinner for us after a long drive from Belgium. Our company consisted of 2 adults, 2 children and even 2 dogs. Guess what? We had the whole place to ourselves! The appartment in the house suited us perfectly, so did the 20 acres of olive garden for our 2 labradors! Moreover, Firenze is at 30 minutes, San Gimignani at 45', Lucca at 40', Pisa at 45', Vinci at 20' and Sienna is one hour's drive. This means that Casa Tre Pini is ideally located in this interesting part of Tuscany. If I were you, I wouldn't doubt a second to stay there, especially considering the good value you get for your money. Ciao! Guy Van de Velde (Belgium)

We enjoyed our stay enormously. The owner, Antonella, was on site with some of her family when we stayed and we were made very welcome there. It's also helpful that she speaks very good English. The apartment is a self contained one within a manor house. It was fine - with all the facilities we needed. We especially enjoyed being able to eat outdoors in the fine weather. We loved the situation in the middle of some lovely Tuscan countryside and we were even able to enjoy a good walk without leaving the estate. We made excursions to the Chianti Valley, to Florence and further afield in Tuscany. I'd say the location is extremely handy - about half way between Pisa and Florence and in easy reach of all the main places of cultural and tourist interest. The local town, San Miniato, is also interesting. I'd recommend these apartments to anyone who isn't bothered about the absence of a pool (they aren't allowed in this part of Tuscany) and has their own transport. Apart from those who enjoy walking and the countryside - and eating and drinking, Italian style, this accommodation will appeal especially to anyone who wants a convenient base for exploring Tuscany.

I loved it. Being out in the country was exactly what I needed. It was quiet and restful. Each morning, I woke up with a smile on my face because I was really in a lovely house in Tuscany!! After a couple of days my friends joined me. It is a short drive to the main old town, local food market and train station. San Miniato is a great home base. Day trips are very manageable. And, driving around Tuscany is a wonderful experience. Each day when my friends and I returned from a day trip, we were happy to be in the privacy of this quiet place. The living room area could be made more comfortable for conversations, and adding a patio area that would be partially shaded would enhance the experience on those days that one just wants to stay in and enjoy the view. I can't wait to return! Thank you, Antonella...it was great meeting you - all your directions and recommendations were perfect! You were very helpful. Best wishes for a great olive oil harvest this fall! And, I look forward to fresh figs again next year.

We were incredibly pleased with our stay at this place. We were there for 1 weeks a very relaxing experience, it was very clean and the property is very nice and quiet. We were so lucky to select this place. The Owner is very nice and helpful.
