Waren in dit huis met 3 families, grootouders, ouders en 5 (klein)kinderen. Zeer veilige plek, omdat alles goed omheind is en ook zwembad is afsluitbaar. Overal beschutte zitplekken en goed meubilair bij zwembad. Tuin en zwembad goed onderhouden. Overweldigend uitzicht. In de 3 appartementen is alles aanwezig, hebben niks gemist. Vriendelijke ontvangst. In omgeving van alles te doen. Kortom geweldige week.

Beautiful villa, pool and scenery. We shared the three apartments between our two families. By pooling all the cutlery and kitchen equipment we managed to cook for 8 with relative ease which was important as a) we love cooking and b) eating out is difficult as everywhere is a drive. There could definitely be more kitchen equipment (masher, grater, ice cube tray, serrated knives). The location is quite isolated but once we’d found a good beach (Porto san Gorgio) we were much happier. The house and pool are really amazing and the team who welcomed us were lovely. All in all, a fabulous two weeks.

Sono qui per il weekend: sono bastate poche ore per amare questo posto. Romantico, accogliente, immerso nel verde, vista mozzafiato sulle dolci colline. Non vedo l'ora di tornare!

The villa was set in beautiful surroundings with a lovely pool and great views. Lots of outside eating options, with terraces all round the house. Very well maintained. Ms Santori provided a very warm welcome and help for English-speaking guests. The villa is in an excellent position with easy access to the Adriatic coast and the Monti Sibillini, with lots of pretty villages locally. The photos of this villa do not lie. We were a party of 8 adults and three children. The verdict was unanimous. Perfect holiday

If anything, even better than the photos and description indicate. We were a family party of 11 - parents, grandparents and three grandchildren aged 1, 3 and 4. The place is excellent for little ones - the house and grounds fenced and gated, the pool fenced and gated. So lots of safe space for the children to run about - they loved it. The owners thoughtfully provided two new cots and two new high chairs.Though traditional in appearance the villa is a recent build, smart and clean. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable. Sheltered seating areas on three sides enabled us to eat every meal outside, both in heat and in a dramatic downpour. The views from the villa, front and back, are superb, and the garden attractive and well-kept. The swimming pool was much liked and is well equipped with poolside furniture. Don't miss the fireflies at night, nor the lizards, bee-eaters and nightjars. We guessed we were among the first visitors, and thought that one or two additional items of kitchen equipment, though not essential, would be convenient. I have suggested this to the owner, and myself donated a teapot to the villa!
