We have spent a week to Barbati and we have been very well. The house has got all the conforts and has a lovely sight on the sea. The location is amazing and situated in a strategic point of the island from which you can move in car for the most beautiful beaches of Corfù. If you want to relax you instead, and enough, the Barbati's beach is near house and the sea is fantastic. Alexandro is a careful and available guest, so you can ask him for every desire or need, he'll facilitated your stay.

We were a large family group ranging in age from 20 to 60 and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful home in a great location. The rooms are really spacious and all rooms lead out onto balconies, which have fantastic views of the sea from the front of the property and of the mountains from the back. It is a short walk to the beach down a fairly steep hill. The beach is a beautifully clean pebble beach. There are numerous very good tavernas close by, particularly 'La Piazza' and also supermarkets and souvenir shops. All local people we met were warm and genuinely friendly. Communication from Alexandros was faultless, he responded to any requests very promptly and nothing was too much trouble, leaving us with a completely stress-free Holliday. We would highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing 2 weeks' stay at the Xenia Family Home in Barbati. The place is really spacious - comfortable for 10 people. Bedrooms are clean and comfortable and all except one room has air conditioning (no additional charges). The living area is lovely - big, comfortable sofas, light and spacious and again with very good air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a big fridge/freezer. The outside areas are lovely - one side overlooking the sea and the other overlooking the road through the resort. The house is conveniently located behind a mini-market, across from a bakery and a short distance from one of the best taverna's in the resort. There is a pool bar across the road too and the main Barbati beach is a short walk away. We felt very well looked after and I'd recommend the house to large families/extended families and friends. Barbati is a fantastic base for a holiday in Corfu. It has the best beach for snorkelling and has a selection of good places to eat. The green buses run throughout the day taking you to the north of the island or through to the old town where you can get buses down to the south of the island. If you want nightlife then Ipsos is a short taxi ride away or if you want to relax the house is really comfortable.

The view from the balcony was stunning and the house had everything we needed. Supermarket was next door (expensive) but everyone we meet was very friendly and welcoming a 2 min walk to the beach and easy boat rental to explore other coves

Our family enjoyed a great 10 days at Villa xenia in July 2016. Alexandros, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way to ensure that our stay was perfect. The house is large with 4 dbl rooms add one kids room with bunk beds. Location is perfect, with restaurants and the beach all 2 minutes away. Would highly recommend!

The house is modern, comfortable, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket. Two parking lots are available near the front door. It's very big and perfect for large groups! Alexandros is a great host, and he does anything to make you feel home: on arrival we found the fridge full of food and drinks! There's AC in almost every room, perfect in the summer. The terraces are lovely, with a nice view! We couldn't ask for more and we really recommend the accommodation for large groups!

Ottima accoglienza da parte del proprietario Alexandros. Ci ha fatto trovare birre, acqua e frutta in frigorifero. Molto disponibile. La casa corrisponde alle foto: è molto grande, perfetta per una vacanza con amici. Molto pulita. Direi anche buona la posizione rispetto alle spiagge più belle dell'isola. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno, per questo lo consiglierei a chiunque.

Villa molto bella, con tutto il necessario. Accoglienza ottima. La consiglio vivamente, soprattutto a chi volesse stare con amici :)

Place is just awesome, well furnished, equipped with everything what you need for a pleasant stay. The balconies are delightful so you can enjoy nice view chilling out. House is kept tidy and clean, with regular visits of cleaners. Location is perfect, according to our experience, positioned at the better side of the island...so you can easily reach with the car Kerkyra or Pantokrator, beautiful mountain with scenic villages. There is quite nice beach just beneath the house - 5 min walk which is not crowded at all and you can rent there a boat and enjoy whole day ride. There is parking for at least two cars in front of the house. Ground floor is totally accessible for people with disabilities including bathroom and bedrooms, which might be of convenience for those for whom that's important. Alexandros is great host, he will make sure that you feel comfortable. If you're traveling with few people (there were 9 of us), value for money is just exquisite and incomparable with anything else.
