Stayed for 1 week at these lovely located beachfront villas with a large pool and the sea on our doorstep. We also enjoyed the restaurant next door (Barbaro) which has a relaxing chilled vibe. We felt we were looked after very well by our concierge and she gave us lots of options to consider. The boat hire at Avlaki was also one of the highlights of our time there, visited Agni for lunch and swam at the Blue Caves. Loved Corfu and will return and stay longer next time. Thank you. Avlaki beach villa is fantastic family villa situated right on one of the best beaches in Corfu, the villa itself is actually two villas joined together which is perfect for a large family or two families. We stayed as two families 4 adults and 5 young children and it was perfect. The outside area is great, table tennis, basket ball hoop and a wonderful pool, and then just a 5 metre walk out onto the awesome Avlaki beach which is a wide half moon shaped bay and great for swimming and enjoying the beach, it’s very peaceful. You are right on the beach. The accommodation is very comfortable with both villas identical with large bedrooms and stunning views facing out to sea. This is a hidden gem and we will definitely be back. Thank you to Tracy and the owners for making the stay so enjoyable.

The location is amazing - the beach is on the doorstep, as is a really good taverna! This is a great family-friendly villa with a large pool, masses of different outdoor seating areas, It's really well equipped inside and out and the house manager can arrange car hire, restaurant reservations, activities and generally advise on what's available in the area. My family and I have stayed in various other villas in the area but this is definitely our favourite

The two identical villas side by side offered the our family the flexibility to spend time together and privately, as we chose. The facilities were amazing with a large pool, well equipped kitchens and bbqs plus a basket ball hoop and ping pong table. The teens had the time of their lives and the older adults were happy that the excellent taverna right next door, meant we didn't have to cook every meal. With the one of Corfu's best beaches literally steps from the front door, and concierge style support from the fixer/housekeeper Tracy, we had a truly memorable holiday and will definitely be back!

15 anni e non sentirli !! Allora il paradiso esiste !!! Cosa altro chiedere , una casa da favola , immagina una cosa .....lì la troverai !! Un tuffo nei ricordi più belli ed intensi . Il mare , gli amici, il sirtaki ....tante cose da fare e da condividere . Una settimana, purtroppo, passa presto ma ci lascia dentro l'energia per affrontare un nuovo anno aspettando di tornare tutti insieme. ma che ne sanno !!! Kassiopi forever !!!

We are about to end our week here with friends at the avlaki beach villas. It really is a perfect set up for two families travelling together. The two identical villas in the same compound mean that everyone has their own space but share the pool and other facilities. The houses are incredibly pretty, well equipped and clean. They are right at one if the cleanest and quietest beaches. There are two super tavernas right next door and you can drive to Kassiopi in less than 5 minutes if you want more action, boat rentals, shops, restaurants and bars. Tracy is fabulous and everything you ask her is done immediately and efficiently. The avlaki bay itself is so beautiful! You can walk and run straight from the villas and rent a canoe or sailing boat right next door. Highly recommended!!!

This was our second visit to Avlaki Beachfront Villa and we stayed for one week . We had a fabulous time. On arrival the villa was spotless and Tracy the House Manager was there to greet us and answer any of our queries. She was available to book any trip we required.We loved having our own pool The property is in a great location just next to the beach and two Tavernas . The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable.Our room upstairs had a fabulous view of the ocean . Tracy organised a boat trip for us to Corfu which was brilliant and another boat trip to a restaurant along the coast which was very memorable. I would highly recommend this villa.

le case sono stupende, si sono 2 case attaccate con ingressi separati, costruite in maniera speculare; sono perfette per accogliere 12 persone 6 in ogni casa, hanno tutti i confort e non manca nulla. il posto è bellissimo, una delle spiagge più belle di tutta l'isola, tranquilla e frequentata da diverse bacche che vengono ad ormeggiare al molo dei 2 ottimi ristoranti che si trovano di fianco alla casa. non bisogna fare altro che aprire il cancello di casa e fare 5 passi per essere in acqua. ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista.
