This is our second visit to this lovely cottage, which speaks for itself. Exceptionally well cared for accommodation with all necessery facilities available for a very comfortable stay. Ideally located in Warrenpoint within easy walking distance of the town centre and very close proximity to Carlingford Lough waterfront. This is a very convenient location to stay for visiting The Mournes, Carlingford and Ring of Gullion and only 7.5 miles from Newry City. The owners, Norman and Rachel are very hospitable and helpful making us feel very welcome throughout our 2-week stay.

A very well equipped and comfortable cottage, kept in exceptional condition. The owners are very hospitable and welcoming. Cottage in convenient location within Warrenpoint, a very short walk to Carlingford Lough shoreline and within easy walking distance to town centre and shops. Good location to stay for visiting the Mourne's, the Ring of Gullion, Newry, Carlingford and Cooley Peninsula. We had a very happy and enjoyable 2-week stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Just spent a wonderful week at Cedar Cottage. Very comfortable with everything you need and more for self catering. Lovely welcome pack on arrival including home made cakes, milk, bread and eggs, was a brilliant surprise, especially as we arrived on Sunday evening. Lots of helpful information and leaflets provided on the local area and attractions. Cottage was very clean and well presented by the hosts Norman and Rachel. Dressing gowns and slippers were a nice touch and not usual in self catering. Nearby bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Have no hesitation in recommending this cottage.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Cedar Cottage in August whilst visiting my son. The pictures online did not disappoint and we were amazed at the attention to detail in the cottage. Every eventuality was catered for, I even found birthday candles in one of the drawers. The location is stunning, five minutes from the lough with stunning views and good restaurants nearby and approx 50 minutes to Belfast by car with a visit to the Titanic Museum a must see. The hospitality shown by Norman and Rachel was amazing as upon booking I enquired about a BBQ and was advised that I could use a portable one in the garden. When we arrived, there was a brand new one in the shed for our use, these details make all the difference and we have already booked to come back in October which we are looking forward to.

Stayed here for the weekend commencing 2 July 2021. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, well equipped with comfortable beds. The helpfully owners had left a welcome package of milk, bread and cupcakes and the kitchen and bathrooms were well supplies with towels and all the essentials. We were very impressed with everything and will be recommending the accommodation to our friends. The owners have done a good job decorating and equipping the cottage which even had an electric blanked on the double bed and robes and slippers for the use of guests. The garden furniture included a table and chairs + 2 deck chairs and an unused barbecue with a supply of charcoal.

My husband and two teenage kids and I stayed in this beautiful cottage.To say that the host’s have taught about every detail is a understatement from the beautiful garden to the delicious home baking for our enjoyment and very tasteful interior.The cottage is in walking distance to restaurants bars ,shops and shore front.We couldn’t recommend this delightful cottage enough. We will definitely be back .Thank you very much Norman and Rachel .
