Conosco da poco più di due anni il posto e la Famiglia Klimic, tutto è spettacolare come la splendida villa con tutte le comodità e l’arredamento curato nei particolari, la natura che ti circonda con straordinari ulivi da dove nasce un olio buonissimo. Tutto questo pero... senza il calore e l’ospitalità di tutta la Famiglia, non sarebbe sufficiente per darti quel qualcosa in più che ti fa avere subito voglia di tornarci, certo le 5* sarebbero comunque assicurate, ma lì in quel posto con la loro ospitalità e simpatia, andiamo oltre na le 6* non si possono dare.
Tutta l’atmosfera che ti circonda, compreso il vicino di casa Fiorenzo con la sua Famiglia, ti fanno star bene e ti regalano momenti semplici, belli e genuini.

A slice of paradise...for the whole family
A beautiful house and property, and a wonderful, gracious family who own and manage the rental. The home is surrounded by fig and olive trees and even a pomegranate tree. Valter picked a huge two handfuls of fresh figs for us to enjoy for breakfast, and Donatela and her lovely daughters brought us house made olive oil and fig jam. They arranged an afternoon of fishing on the Adratic with Jean, a professional diver and a commercial boat rescuer (I felt very safe!). We brought our shepherd mix who loved roaming the fields and sitting outside with us while we were on the swings or played table tennis. The house itself was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the cook has everything he or she might need. Oh and the wifi was easy to use and worked very well.

Preparato griglie di pesce e carne nei due caminetto disponibili
La struttura pulita e ben arredata con mobili dell'epoca
I titolari Donatella e Valter ci hanno ospitato con calore e amicizia ..
Consigliato a tutti un SOGNO !

A wunderful Place - traumhaft
Dieses idylische Anwesen ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Traumhaftes Haus, toller Pool mit Blick in die Olivenbäume. Ein riesiger Garten. zudem gibts eigenen Wein, Walnüsse, Feigen, herrliche Pfirsiche, Haselnüsse und nicht zuletzt den fangfrischen Fisch des Gastgebers.
Die 5 Zimmer und Bäder sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

I Luoghi dell' anima
Ci sono luoghi nel mondo dove ognuno è avvolto dalle vibrazioni positive, luoghi dove si ha la sensazione di essere sempre stati li, e dai quali nessuno vorrebbe mai andare via. Luoghi che ci raccontano una storia con il loro silenzio, con la discrezione di chi è sempre stato li e che, con la magia del loro essere naturali, rendono migliori anche le persone che ospitano.
Ci sono luoghi che sembrano dirti:" Vieni qui e rilassati, sei pronto per aprire la tua anima ?" .

Holiday like a Royal
If only we could stay forever..............
"Stanzia Cocci" must be Istria's finest estate available for rent.
We have stayed in countless luxury villas around the world but none were able to capture our hearts the way "Stanzia Cocci" made us feel.
Our adventure started with a drive through the Istrian country side lined with vineyards and olive groves. On our approach to the villa we knew this would become a magical vacation.
The property is secluded enough to offer complete privacy yet we were only a short drive to all of Istria's landscaped green rolling hills, fertile plains, historic hilltop villages and famous sea-side towns and their beaches.
Located within Istria's scenic interior only a short drive from Brtonigla / Verteneglio on a beautiful estate of 7 ha.
We were greeted by the owners Donatela & Valter who are very active with the upkeep of the estate. They were so welcoming and provided us with all the historical facts of this centuries old property. The best kept secret is the home-made wine and olive oil the couple offer their guests. We even discovered that Valter is a master fisherman so we ordered a fresh catch for the grill.
The family have restored the villa to ensure all modern amenities are available whilst maintaining the historical features and charm of this gorgeous mansion. The villa is extensively furnished with many traditional antiques spread throughout the rooms and corridors.
The guest rooms are massive and all 5 have large ensuites. We loved the indoor and outdoor dining areas and spent most of our time by the pool overlooking the estate.
Istria may be referred to as the 'new Tuscany' and "Stanzia Cocci" makes you feel like your in one of Italy's finest estate.
Thank you Donatela & Valter for opening your property to our family and we hope to visit again soon.

Magnificent!
We rented Stanzia Cocci for 4 nights.Unfortunately it rained each day, but the villa was everything we hoped, and more. Upon our arrival, the owners greeted us with friendliness and warmth. The villa was exceptionally clean and we had the choice of bedrooms, each with ensuite bath. It is located in a peaceful area of olive groves and vineyards. The villa has been lovingly restored from fine tile flooring, with mosaic designs to picture perfect baths. The corner fireplace in the dining room was most welcoming after our daily jaunts in the rain. There is an outdoor kitchen, which unfortunately we were unable to use. Just beyond the outdoor kitchen is a wine room where you can purchase the local wines. The pool looked inviting and would be great during the summer months. This would be the perfect place for a quiet retreat or relaxation, but also close enough to visit the charming villages of the area. Donatela and Valter are gracious hosts.We all agreed that this villa was one of the highlights of our 3 weeks in Croatia. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Privat und Luxuriös
Dieses idyllische Anwesen ist unbeschreiblich schön! Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll restauriert worden, das Haus ist blitzsauber. In der Küche findet man alle notwendigen Utensilien vor, sogar Kaffee ist vorhanden. Um Bettwäsche und Handtücher braucht man sich ebenfalls nicht kümmern! Der Gartengrill und die Terrasse laden zum gemütlichen Beisammesein ein. Am Morgen spazieren die Hühner beim großzügígen Pool vorbei. Die Vermieter stehen mit Rat und Tat für jede Anfrage zur Verfügung. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern, 3 Schwiegerkindern und 3-jährigem Enkelkind für 3 Nächte zum ersten Mal in der Stanzia Cocci und freuen uns jetzt schon auf's nächste Jahr!
