we stayed in Dimitris villa for seven days the villa was clean and furnished to a high standard, Dimitris met us at the villa on arrival even though we arrived late at night, we found him to be extremely friendly and helpful.
The whole villa was lovely as was the various seating and pool area, the maid service cleans the villa every 3 days and Dimitris called in after a few days to check everything was okay.
The surrounding area was lovely and peaceful with wonderful views from the villa the local port of sami has a good choice of places to eat.
We would certainly not hesitate to recommend the villa and look forward to returning soon.
Dimitris is very quick to respond to any questions and give advice on places to visit.

Megaloprepi (Magnificent). Villa Chrisanthi
The location is amazing overlooking the hills around Sami. Great area for walking with many easy walking tracks one all the way to the Acropolis of Sami and overlooking the bay, if you cannot find the paths just ask the local residence. The villa is also close to Sami and the caves.
Dimitris the owner of the villa was a great host with lots of infomation of the area and popped in with goodies and wine through the two week stay in his magnificent villa. Thank you Dimitris for a great stay it was hard to give the villa back to you, hope to see you again. Please thank Popi for looking after us and keeping the villa spotless and thank her for the beautiful red roses she left us.

Beautiful, Peaceful, Wonderful Villa
We spent a fantastic week at Dimitris’ villa and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Dimitris is a lovely man and was a perfect host from the moment of booking till we left. He was friendly, attentive and communicative throughout, and we really appreciated his detailed recommendations of places to visit and good restaurants and cafes, all over Kefalonia. The villa is in an authentic, small village in a calm and peaceful setting, overlooking wooded hills. We loved spending time at the villa enjoying the views first thing in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. The terrace was great for eating al fresco and the barbecue really good as was the pool. The house was comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Thank you, Dimitris, for all of your hard work and thoughtfulness that has made your home so charming !

We felt very spoiled!
From the wonderful pool to the full kitchen with dishwasher (the only one during our three weeks in Greece), we felt spoiled during our week stay at the villa. We found Sami a great base for exploring the island, with day trips to Fiscardo and Argolistoli. There are lovely places to swim nearby. Dimitris is very responsive and kindly waited for us very late when our ferry was cancelled and then delayed. We were just a couple but the villa would be great for a family.

Simply stunning hideaway
We couldn't choose a better place to unwind.
The villa is bright, comfortable and clean with impressive pool where we spent long hours playing with kinds. The Owner Dimitris is exceptionally helpful and friendly.
The area is beautiful, unspoiled and traditionally Greek in this part of the Island.
We cannot rate this property more highly and for the first time actually thinking about coming back to the same place!

Paradise in the countryside
We had a wonderful stay in Dimitri's villa in Grizata. The villa was perfect, very clean, comfortable and spacious. It had everything you could need, including a spectacular private pool, bbq and terrace space.
The vilage itself is not far from the beautiful Antisamos beach and from Sami, a local town with lots of nice restaurants. Dimitri recommended Il Familia, and our dinner there was a highlight of our trip. Dimitri was a fantastic host, who really went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and had a great holiday. Would recommend to others and would go back! Thanks Dimitri!

Great family villa with private pool and peaceful location

Amazing host - so attentive and goes above and beyond expectations to make sure his guests are provided for and informed about the villa and the location and things to do. He even stayed up super late to welcome us to the villa on our first day! The villa is well located in a peaceful part of the island and has everything you could need! The kids loved the pool and didn't want to ever leave, but sometimes we got them out to explore the beautiful island. The villa is well situated to get around and there are many amazing sights really close by. A visit to antisamos beach is a must and the nearby ruins on top of the hill are juts breathtaking. Thank you Dimitris, for making our stay so special.

The location of this villa makes a superb base for exploring Kefalonia.
The Villa Chrisanthi is situated on the outskirts of the village Grizata, close to Sami. Directions to the villa were given by the wonderful host Dimitris who met us at the villa. He gave us information on local tavernas, bakeries and supermarkets and also suggested places to visit. The villa was clean and comfortable. The sheets and towels were changed twice weekly and the cleaner was friendly. The two bedrooms are a good size. The bathroom is a reasonable size but also contains a washing machine (as most villas do) and made it feel a little cramped, especially beside the toilet, however it is all functional. The downstairs toilet and basin is fine. We found the living space comfortable. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed and it all worked. The patio area had table and chairs which we used to look out at the surrounding area and watch the local cats come by. The swimming pool is a very good size and was used daily. The location of this villa makes a superb base for exploring Kefalonia.We would like to thank Dimitris personally for looking after us so well, above and beyond expectations.

Thank you for the 5 * review.I am really pleased you had a lovely holiday in our villa.As you said the position of our villa makes it a superb base to explore kefalonia.But of course as it is off the beaten track ,it is also perfect for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. This region of the island has it all: lovely beaches, plenty of restaurants,supermarkets,cafe,bars,
bakeries etc. Sami is a short 5 minute drive and all other areas of the island are easily reached from this location.You are most welcome to villa Chrisanthi at any time

Beautiful Villa!!!
The villa is amazing! Very clean and comfortable. The pool and patio area is lovely too. Beautiful views as well. This is a great base to explore the island. Demitris is an excellent host, greeted us on arrival with yummy cakes and also helped us with directions. Demitris also kindly left us a delicious cake during our stay which we thoroughly enjoyed - thank you! Would highly recommend this villa and Kefalonia.
