Ho soggiornato in compagnia di amici tra dicembre 19 e gennaio 20; è stata una casa perfetta per i nostri soggiorni e i nostri spostamenti poiché in una posizione ottima, a 5 min a piedi dal centro di Chiavenna e molto vicina ad altri punti di interesse come la stazione dei treni e bus, supermercato Iperal e vari bar e i magnifici crotti😍. L'abitazione rimane comunque appartata e discreta. La Signora Gianna B. (proprietaria) è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile. L' appartenenza è comodissimo e ben fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole come a casa propria.

Già meglio fare una vacanza qui..una bella comoda casa accogliente dove Gianna, gentile e disponibile, ti aspetta e ti mette a tuo agio per un soggiorno in completo relax

In der klaren und geräumigen Wohnung fühlt man sich sofort wohl, wird herzlich empfangen und kann die wunderbare Natur des Valchiavenna und des Val Spluga leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erkunden und dann auch erwandern. Die Köstlichkeiten der italienischen Küche lassen sich entweder in den Restaurants von Chiavenna erkunden oder in der typisch italienischen Familienküche selbst zubereiten. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig im historischen Zentrum zu finden und von der Qual der Wahl kann man sich auf der Piazza beim Apero erholen. Giannas Gästewohnung ist fast im Zentrum und mitten in der Natur. Sie vereint Stadt- und Landleben, dazu diese warmherzige Gastgeberin, schönere Ferienbedingungen gibt es kaum.

L'appartamento situato al primo piano di un villino immerso nel verde,alla periferia di Chiavenna, ci ha consentito di trascorrere un breve soggiorno in questa ridente località. La bellezza dei luoghi caratteristici di Chiavenna e della sua omonima Valle ci ha deliziato in quei pochi e fugaci giorni.Credo che ritorneremo!!!!

Wir haben uns bei Gianna sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier und trotzdem sehr zentral. Wir haben Gianna als freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin kennenlernen dürfen und werden ihre Ferienwohnung jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

L'appartamento è molto molto bello, con una vista eccezionale e a due passi dal centro. La casa, molto spaziosa per altro, è curata in ogni dettaglio, ben accessoriata (dalla cucina al bagno non manca nulla), silenziosa e con dei bei balconi..Raramente capita di trovare appartamenti così. Gianna è stata molto disponibile e con una accortezza particolare anche nei confronti della nostra bimba. Se capitate in zona pernottate qui e non ve ne pentirete

I stayed here with my girlfriend for two nights. The apartment is huge, has two balconies and offers a stunning view of the mountains overlooking a beautiful garden with palmtrees and flowers... It is a very quick walk to the trainstation and the old town center, but still the apartment is very quiet. The place is very clean, with new furniture, and Gianna the owner did everything to make our say there wonderful - the kitchen was stocked with some breakfast supplies, milk, fresh coffee, tea juices and some nibbles and fruits! We really enjoyed our stay here - highly recommended.

Gianna , the owner is a very nice landlady. Whenever there was a question, she organized everything needed. The appartment has been spottelss and clean. It is huge, there are 2 balconies, the one with a beautiful view into the mountens. There you sit in the middle of nature with palm trees and you hear only the binds singing, the rest of the city's noise is not to be heard. Nearly unbelievabel, but it's about 5 minutes walk to the center of Chiavenna with all its Bars, Restaurants and Shops. Certainly it is not the last time , that we have been there.
