Well what can I say after 3 yrs of waiting thanks to the dreaded COVID19 we finally got to Tenerife. All I can say about the owner Claire is she is one top diamond, from start to finish. One the day of departure everything could go any smoother if it tried, ok there were plenty of queues, however that was expected being the summer holidays. On arrival Claire had posted me details for the apartment prior so we knew exactly what to do. Once in the apartment… just wow, plenty of room for the 4 of us, 1 double bedroom fitted wardrobes, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite, which was great keep the kids out of our bathroom, and a 3rd bedroom with bunk beds and again fitted wardrobes. A nice large lounge and dining area if you want a night in, ok the kitchen isn’t massive but big enough to cook dinner, which we did a couple of nights. The apartment over looked the swimming pool from the Terrace, and to a cherry on top it had a sea view too, the wife loved that. Just a few steps down to the pool and your also right next to the bar, which I loved 🤣🤣. Only a short walk out of the complex you got plenty to choose from restaurants and bars, a couple of small supermarkets, if you fancy a walk, roughly 1 1/2 miles you can get yourself to the main supermarket for your shopping, there is a bus which is mega cheap but I like to walk. Worth a taxi back though if you have plenty of bags lol. We found Jeremy the bar owner a great help and he speaks English too, as well as a few other language. On the whole, we had a fantastic time, our friends had their own apartment which their mum owns. We will be back again, it’s sad to be home but on the flip side the sun is still shining and it’s still lovely and warm. I cannot thank Claire enough for being so accommodating and like I say we will be back, maybe leave the kids at home though 🤣🤣.

Another great 4 week stay at Claire's Apartment. The Apartment has a huge terrace ideal for sunlovers and outside dining. Inside is very spacious and well equipped (home from home). The complex has good bus links near by for those who want to explore the island. Lovely place to stay.

Having stayed on the complex before we knew what to expect . This apartment though is without doubt one of the best on site . Location is fantastic , balcony size is amazing , room sizes great . The owner is in touch with you very quickly . Fantastic stay in a great apartment

Fatal. Se escucha absolutamente TODO de la habitación de al lado, cuando hablan, cuando van al baño, todo… si van con niños y les toca una pareja al lado, más vale lleven tapones porque cada noche es una historia diferente. No hay privacidad de nada!

Everything in the information on the website was spot on. 4 adults stayed here and the apartment met all our needs and more. Small problem with a light switch so we contacted the owner and it was sorted next day. The complex was very good and close to all amenities.

We had such a fantastic family holiday in Claire's apartment. It was certainly big enough for 2 adults and 4 children. The terrace area was amazing. Having 2 bathrooms was great with 6 people. Not forgetting the wifi for the kids lol. Thank you.

Had a great 9 day stay in the apartment. Four of us shared the 6 bed place and we had plenty of room to move around. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms between us and the large terrace was great for sitting out without being under each other's feet. It is nicely located for various eateries in the Golf del Sur and we would certainly book it again.

Großes Apartment in einer gepflegten Anlage. Es gibt dort sehr viele Echsen, sodass Moskitonetze und Türen immer geschlossen bleiben müssen. Drei Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Parkplätze sind ansich unter der Woche vorhanden, am Wochenende sind es nur wenige freie. Leider mussten wir auf Kakerlakenjagt im Apartment gehen, obwohl wir immer alles geschlossen ließen. Evtl kamen diese aus den Abwasserrohren. Die Vermieterin hat einige private Dinge in der Wohnung, die ansich nicht stören. Die Betten sind Bequem. ... Weitere Informationen folgen...

Siamo stati in vacanza con la mia famiglia. L'appartamento è grande pulito e ordinato, con tutti i confort! La piscina è bellissima e puoi raggiungere in pochi minuti le principali attrazioni che l'isola offre!

Apartment was spacious with large balcony overlooking pool. This was great in the afternoon to enjoy the sun on the loungers or chairs if you don’t want to lie round pool all day. Pool was really nice, clean and has a great priced bar that serves good variety of food all day and drinks. Inside apartment the rooms were spacious with UK tv in living room and in one bedroom. AMAZING WiFi available too in lounge. Aircon was in lounge and all 3 bedrooms. It was only 1 Euro for 2 hours which was plenty for us as very efficient. There are numerous water machines on site that for 50 cents lets you fill a 5 litre bottle. Saves buying at supermarket and lugging to room all time. There are some steps through complex but this never bothered us. We walked down and out bottom gate onto road where there are plenty of little restaurants and bars. Best mini market is up past reception and out to your left up the road 1 minute. Best stocked and value one. Key pick up access was well organised and Claire the owner was in touch before our visit to give us a few tips. Our only issue was that the apartment floor was very dusty on arrival and linen in twin room had what looked like make up on it and a stained valance from sticky coke spilt on the floor next to bed. Hence there were quite a few ants around. Maybe the cleaners did not clean as well as usual??? This did not in anyway spoil our stay however. Just thought I’d mention it for future. For the money you pay and the size and location of this apartment it is a very good one. Overall I would recommend.
