Great girls trip
The villa was perfect for our girls trip. We stayed from July 14th to the 18th. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. Nina the manager was great, she arranged transfer from airport to villa with Anthony's Car Service who was also great by the way. Nina met us upon arriving at villa and explained everything. Completely well stocked. Arie (I hope i'm spelling his name right) the gardener gave us a tour of all he planted. The pool was perfect.
I want to also highly recommend Anthony as a car service to call for your excursions. He has fair prices. If he cannot pick you up he will send his wife or son...all in the family business. We had wanted to go to Rediu Beach and the day we picked it was raining. sometimes it is not always raining on another part of island. Anthony went to a spot by Governor's house to check and called us and let us know it was "no go". I will definitely be returning.

Comfortable, Well Appointed Home
Enjoyed this spacious, very well equipped and comfortable home.
Pros:
*Magnificent views from the pool deck and the two decks above the pool
*Magical garden
*New-ish interiors, well constructed with great attention to detail.
*Very well equipped kitchen. Important, as the restaurants are not walking distance and mediocre at best.
*Cleaning service came three times during our one week stay and that was perfect. Both staff members were very polite and not intrusive in the slightest.
*Lots of towels, including sunscreen and alo vera at the pool.
*Bedrooms on two separate levels below the main floor
Cons:
*St. Lucia is very hilly. House is somewhat isolated.
*Beach not close, perhaps 1/2 mile away. Good beaches are a 30 minute boat or taxis ride away.
*Restaurants not great, and service is very slow everywhere.
*Cooking in house is necessity.
*Master bathroom had a plumbing issue that caused the toilet to create a high pitched whine that impacted my sleep. I solved the issue by turning off the water supply at night after three nights.

AMAZING!!
This home was absolutely perfect! Honestly everything about it was top notch! We were a group of 7 and had more than enough space, everyone had such a wonderful time. The views are breathtaking, the pool & outdoor spaces are incredible & very well kept. We even got to have fresh coconuts from the trees on the property. The kitchen had everything you need. The location felt very safe & is convenient to get to restaurants, markets etc. We all would 100% stay here again!! If you’re looking for a beautiful house in a beautiful location this is it!! The owners were wonderful to communicate with & Nina the manager was very helpful.

Excellent Luxury Villa Accommodations
Met or exceeded all expectations. The location is safe and private. The views of Trou Rolland bay, cliffs, and the ocean are spectacular. The villa was spacious, meticulously clean, well furnished, and tastefully decorated. All furniture and appliances were in great shape and fully functional. The gourmet kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes, utensils, glasses, and good pots & pans. The towels and linens were of fine quality and plentiful in supply. The laundry room was useful. The pool and gardens are beautiful and meticulously maintained. The location is convenient for excursions to Soufriere (~1 hr drive), Rodney Bay/Castries (45 min drive), and Marigot Bay parking lot (5 min drive). Nina, the Villa's host, was very nice and helpful.

Villa Trou Rolland is a dream get away!!
What a beautiful home with an amazing view. We loved everything about Villa Trou Rolland!! The house is spectacular and the pool overlooking the sea is like a picture from a magazine!! Nina was great to work with and was helpful with local information. We would come back in a heartbeat!! Thanks for the great memories!!!

Amazing place and view
We rented this house while on St Lucia for our wedding from Personal Villas. The Personal Villas staff and the staff at the house were friendly, attentive and quick to respond. We had a total of ten people and never felt crowded. There was also plenty of furniture outside and inside so no one was without a chair. We did not need any converters as it had 120v outlets throughout the house. There is no AC on top floor, but opening the windows and doors keeps it cool. There is AC on the bottom two floors where all of the bedrooms are located. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for friends and family
WE LOVED this home! The amenities, staff support, gardens, waterfall, swimming pool, comfort of the home, swimming and SPECTACULAR LOCATION!! Every morning we had a rainbow greet us, at least once and up to four times some days. The sunsets were just as incredible. Nina (Manager) Agatha (housekeeper) and Ali (gardener) we amazing unobtrusive and OH SO THOROUGH in their support of the experience of staying in this beautiful home. Walking down to Marigot Bay to cross over to the other side, was a hit. Masala Indian Restaurant was amazing. Ali’s tour of the garden was like being in a fairytale in what he has created and nurtures. Everything, from the details shared to make it an incredible experience to the ambiance of the home, STUNNING! The pictures, as everyone states, does not do it justice! Thank you Howard and Becky for share your beautiful home!!

There is no one word to describe how amazing this Villa is.
First, let me state that I was traveling with 6 friends ages ranged from 24-32. For most of us, this was the first time we were out of the US or traveling without family. We also started planning this trip in May of 2017 to be fully prepared. The pictures of the Villa is what initially drew me in. The VIEWS specifically. Fast forward to when we actually arrived to St. Lucia. Nina had set up transportation for us to the house which was about an hour away from the airport. No biggie. Actually a beautiful ride up the west coast. We walked into the house and WOW. I'm pretty sure we immediately dropped our bags and left Nina by the front door and ran outside to the balcony to see the ocean views. BREATHTAKING is the only way to describe the views, the house, the greenery, EVERYTHING. The highlights of every day were waking up to the sunrise in the back of the house, sitting by the pool and staring off into the views and waiting for the most beautiful sunsets. But don't think that the best views are during the day. If you are fortunate enough to have clear skies at night as well, you are in for a treat. I'm a star lover and this was BY FAR my favorite part. The sky is illuminated by stars for miles. We even had the opportunity to be here for the New Moon and WOW. WOW WOW WOW. The cove below is a short 10 minute walk (absolutely beautiful). Marigot bay is literally an 8 minute walk downhill where you can get to restaurants and water activities by a free ferry. There's also a super market down there where you can get food and alcohol. I recommend going to the Street Party if you are here on a Friday Night. Food, music and locals. Best way to end our trip. OH, DO THE PIRATE SHIP EXCURSION. YOU WILL NOT BE LET DOWN. Rum punches and non-alcoholic beverages flowing all day. Music, dancing, Sulphur Springs, jumping off the boat into the ocean. Best 8 hour excursion we could have ever asked for. If you're even questioning to rent this Villa, throw all hesitation away and BOOK IT NOW. We're already planning our next stay here. By far the best Villa and best experience of our lives.

We held our wedding reception here and could not have asked for a more beautiful place.
