We’re a few weeks back from our 3rd visit to Kev & Jill’s ‘Sunset Apartment’ and I can honestly say that it gets better on each occasion. I’ve listed previously the MANY benefits and luxuries of this rental, but the great thing is that they constantly update and upgrade, and it’s the little things that make this apartment stand out from the crowd. Items such as: UK sockets throughout, hair dryers/straighteners (very important for the ladies), washing machine, and pretty much every conceivable item you could wish for in a holiday rental.
I’ve stopped in countless self catering establishments and rentals around the Mediterranean for many years, and Sunset is my numero uno.
Thanks again Kev & Jill, and we look forward to visiting again very soon 😊

A fantastic apartment.
We loved our stay in the Sunset Apartment. It is situated in a very quiet complex, a 10 minute walk takes you down to a lovely local harbour and beach, and there is a delightful seaside prom walk from there which would get you to Protaras. In the opposite direction it is about a 15 minute walk to the Pernera centre with a great variety of restaurants and shops. The local Pinia restaurant is a few minutes walk away and is excellent.
There were only 2 of us, but the apartment is very large and roomy and it would very easily take 4 people. It is modern, exceptionally well equipped, and it had every level of provision that we could want or need, and more. There is a balcony with table and chairs which catches the evening sun, it was lovely to sit out at the end of the day with a few glasses of wine. We were very impressed with the quality of accommodation, it is superb, it is 5* accommodation.
Above all, Kev and Jill's organisation was what impressed us most. We had great directions from the airport and a comprehensive set of instructions to get into the apartment, and on how to use everything within the apartment, they have thought of everything.
We would have no hesitation recommending the Sunset Apartment, it is a fantastic place to stay.

First class apartment.
In terms of layout and fixtures and fittings probably the best eqipped apartment we have stayed in, it's in a peaceful quiet location, but close enough to enjoy all the area has to offer, also the beach/harbour is just a few minutes walk away.

Fabulous Apartment !!!
We had a wonderful stay! Sunset apartment has everything you needed for you holiday. The decoration is perfect and the detailed information, by Kev & Jill about everything, is stunning! All in all, a great holiday in a fantastic apartment!

Ottimo appartemento
Bel residence con ottime finiture con accesso riservato con sbarra e cancello di entrata per le auto automatico. Il complesso presenta villette unifamiliari e questo piccolo residence ben curato con pochi appartamenti ben curati. Posto auto riservato. Piscina stupenda sempre poco affollata con lettini riservati. L'appartamento è al secondo piano con ascensore, spazioso. Area cucina con lavatrice, frigorifero, microonde e piastra a induzione. Attrezzata con ogni accessorio necessario, con già bottiglie d'acqua minerale fresche all'arrivo e anche qualche genere di prima necessità disponibile, es. sale, detersivi. Comodissima la borsa frigo. Unico neo bicchieri di plastica salvo qualche calice per il vino di vetro. Stanze spaziose ordinate pulite con due bagni, anche qui abbiamo trovato già sapone e carta igienica. Piccola cassaforte nell'armadio anch'essa molto utile. Bellissima terrazza dalla quale in lontananza si vede il mare.
Mio figlio ha sfruttato l'ampia collezione di DVD. Wi-ifi talora un po' lento. Posizione discretamente vicina alle bellissime spiagge di Agia Napa (20 minuti di auto) ed a quelle di Protaras (5 minuti di auto). Ottimo anche il servizio di bus che passa ad un centinaio di metri dall'ingresso del complesso. Ottima taverna appena usciti dal complesso (Pinia, una delle migliori dell'isola). Nel complesso quindi ottima vacaqnza

fantastic stay (again).
we all had a fantastic stay once again at this apartment. all the things you need are provided for. we were a party of 3 and we had plenty of room. not to far from Pernera centre and if you want to head off to Protares its a lovely walk along the promenade to get there. their are some wonderful restaurants in both these resorts. I would recommend certain ones but they were all spot on. If you want to eat in the kitchen has everything you need. Also provided if you wanted a night in were DVDs, books, board games and much more. The shared pool is a good size so you can have a swim. (we had the pool to ourselves most of the time).
If we do come back to this area of Cyprus we would definitely want to book this apartment again.

A great apartment
The apartment was fabulous and could not be faulted. Kev and Jill had obviously put a lot of thought into making the apartment as comfortable as possible. The pool area was great and most of the time we were the only people there. The apartment was well positioned for the beach and the town (a 10 minute walk at most).

The pool area is a good sun trap with it being south facing and as it is rarely used by others it does seem like your own private facility. Marvellous Again
Having experienced all the comforts and benefits of this excellent property in August 2016 we were quick to confirm a repeat booking. As expected everything was just as previous........exceptionally clean and equipped to great standards. Short walk to the small port......can recommend the Yellow Boat Tour.......Pinia Taverna is close by.....traditional and a lovely atmosphere.
Another marvellous stay and would be our first choice on our next visit......great communication with the owners..........first class service.
