The owner (Walter) could not do any more for us. He had stocked the fridge with cold drinks, water and beer for our arrival! During our stay (10 days) he bought us local produce from his farm. He came daily every morning to clean the pool and empty the main bins. The property was plenty big enough to house our 2 families (10 people) however, it slept 14 and would also suit those with younger children. The bedrooms are laid out as follows; 1. Large double (with en-suite) 2. Large double with additional single bed (with en-suite) 3. Small double 4. Large double with additional single bed (en-suite) 5. Large double with bunk bed. The beds are all proper beds (not camp beds). All the bedrooms are on the first floor. There is an additional family bathroom for those two rooms which didn’t have an en-suite. There was a further shower room/toilet and a washing machine next to the pool area and another shower room/toilet off the kitchen – 6 toilets altogether! The rooms were well equipped with ceiling fans and TV’s. Each shower room (no baths) had hand soap. We were also well provided with bath towels/hand towels etc. The sheets and towels were changed half way through our holiday (5 days). The quirky layout of the kitchen worked well (ground floor), with plenty of eating areas (2 large tables outside) and one in the kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped with cutlery, pots, coffee machine, microwave, cups, glasses etc. The photo doesn’t do the kitchen justice, and it is located near the pool. As well as the fantastic pool, with diving board and both a shallow and deep end, you also have table tennis, table football and boules to keep you occupied, but Walter was on hand to advise on where to go and eat – he even booked us a table at a fabulous restaurant nearby (The Hazienda). The view from one of the main bedrooms was breathtaking, the other main room looks over the pool. This was a fantastic location, with easy access to the beautiful surroundings and towns, as well as trains into Rome and the airport within 20 minutes drive. What stands out however, was Walter, the owner, who went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one!

La casa è in posizione strategica per visitare le località più caratteristiche dell'umbria. Le camere e le attrezzature sono ben tenute ed il padrone di casa è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. In una parola: perfetto!
