Fantastic place we definitely will be booking again for next year And the owners were fantastic picked us up from the airport

This is the 5th year my mother and I have stayed at Sue and Paul's fantastic bungalow - we like no 6, but all the bungalows they own are of a 5 Star standard. We have had various holidays cancelled this year but what a relief it was to be able to travel to Lanzarote and have the last wonderful 10 days. I'll start with the island, it is so sad that so many tourists are not coming here, I can assure you that this is the safest I have felt since Covid started in March. Everyone is respectful and mindful of rules such as wearing masks, sanitising, and the places that are open are literally cleaned to a standard I have not seen in the UK. Plays Park we always love coming here but this year was special. The bungalows that Sue and Paul own and let out are furnished to a very high standard, absolutely spotless and mist importantly you feel safe. There is social distancing at pool, also spotless with beautifully kept plants, etc. You can come here and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing holiday in the knowledge that you are safe, people are respectful of social distancing and everyone where's a mask, even the police when they are in their cars. Sue and Paul ensure that everything is in place for your stay during these difficult times, and you can be reassured that you are in a very safe property as unlike one disgruntled customer has stated, Sue and Paul have "Vivienda Vacacional" for all their properties. So if you are unsure or slightly apprehensive of travelling - please don't be as you will be missing out on an excellent, safe relaxing stay and helping the economy of this beautiful island. I have already booked for next year and even tho I hope we will have moved on from the current problems the world is experiencing , I will still come on this holiday as there is no stress, and I am able to enjoy ( maybe a slightly quieter holiday) the freedom but also safe environment that Sue and Paul create. We are so glad that Sue and Paul kept their properties open as this has helped us to be mentally and physically better for whatever may follow. I can only give Playa park and Sue and Paul James , my utmost thanks for a relaxing and happy stay, and also somewhere my 76 yr old mum could relax and as she put it , " live, not just exist."

It always feels like we have arrived home when we have Paul meeting us at the airport and taking us to the bungalows. We stayed in No. 25 and 41 this trip and both are excellent. Great to catch up with Susan & Paul who feel like family. Can't wait till we return in September.

stayed in playa park for 3 weeks christmas and new year it was really enjoyable the bungalow was great near to everything and well maintained everything you needed for a perfect holiday washing machine pool was just outside bungalow plenty of sunbeds tv plenty of channels and plenty of towels linen just could not ask for more would go back there again hopefully soon thank you to paul for collecting us at the airport and bringing us back at such a early hour

Lovely bungalow clean and very well equipped. Close to the beach and shops. Susan and Paul are very welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Great location near the beach not far from restaurants and shops. Nice complex very quiet and private. Good facilities. Would definitely recommend it.

Lovely quiet and secure complex of well maintained bungalows in Los Pocillos. Easy booking process and pick-up at the airport by Paul was super. Facilities are brilliant and the accommodation a home from home. Not far to walk for shops and restaurants etc. Pool area spacious and relaxing. Wish I could return, but totally booked up for months 😢

We stayed here for 10 days and was perfect clean quiet close to all bars and restaurants Susan and Paul couldn't do enough for you had transfers from airport which was very good and helpful as got all info about the island we needed . Was the best holiday we have had in a while and will defiantly be booking again

What a fantastic place to stay, location was brilliant 10 minute walk to all bars and restaurants, the bungalow was amazing it had everything you needed the washing machine was brilliant ,pool area was lovely and clean with lovely new sunbeds it was so quiet and relaxing ,will definitely return to this wee gem of a place, also the owners were fantastic and very helpful Thank you Paul and Susan for a fantastic holiday xx

Bungalow precioso, muy bien situado a 5 minutos de la playa, de los supermercados y del paseo (un pelin más de 5 minutos pero cerca). Paul, el dueño, ha sido súper amable. Zona muy tranquila y muy cuidada. Totalmente recomendable!
