Todo correcto y según lo acordado, una excelente estancia en una villa excelente y bien ubicada con todo a mano, incluyendo centro comercial y supermercados.

Very close to Aldi, spar and only 3 Euro into the main part and old town . Everything you need is in the villa but there is a lot of stairs which is not ideal for the toilets as there is one down stairs and one up stairs from the sitting room and pool area. Apart from that the villa was great.

The villa is in a quiet area but close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops, car is not necessary The instructions to access the villa are simple and easy The villa is comfortable and well decorated, the lounge has enough sofa for the whole family, the kitchen has everything you need, even dishwasher, there is also a washing machine The patio has a table, seats, and sunbeds, the pool is cleaned regularly The bedrooms have comfortable beds and the bathrooms are modern and pleasant We were 2 weeks and in the middle of the stay there was a cleaning with change of sheets and towels We really enjoyed our holidays

Lovely house with prívate terrace and pool. Clean and comfortable Excellent for family or friends. Very near to the beach and restaurants. Markets and shoops too. I Hope to come back soon

The communication with the owner was easy and fast The house is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable, everything was very clean, the pool is heated and the water temperature is fantastic We had a fantastic time, we will be back next year

We travelled as a group of 3 adults and 4 children (6-13 yrs) and every one of us were delighted with the villa. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and the place was spotless. The pool is about 1.2m deep and my 6 yr old was out of his depth so it is worth mentioning if you are considering booking with little ones, probably not ideal for them. The kitchen was really well stocked, and had an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle...everything you need. Also a washing machine and clothes line. It's far enough out of Puerto Del Carmen to be away from the noise but close enough to walk to the main strip. It's a downhill walk on the way there so we always got taxis back...we never paid more than €3 for a taxi. Lidl, Hyperdino and another supermarket are all within a 5 minute walk and have everything you need.

Non è certo una villa in grado di ospitare 9 persone come publicizzato.Le stoviglie in dotazione sono insufficienti.......siamo stati costretti a comprare un Phone ed una macchina del caffè che abbiamo lasciato per i prossimi ospiti e poi.... sovente salta la valvola di sicurezza del boiler ( impianto elerttrico ) in quanto l'elettrodomestico è stato sistemato all'esterno della casa,senza alcuna copertura.altrettanto dicasi per la lavatrice, e le frequenti piogge mandano in corto l'impianto.Certamente non ci ritornerei e non consiglierei il soggiorno a qualche amico.

Just returned from a 10 day stay in Luis 4. Arrival was easy to navigate from instructions. Villa is not brand new but modern and well maintained. Bright and airy, downstairs living is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with crockery utensils etc. Sun terrace is spacious with ample beds and outdoor seating . 3 bedrooms are good sized double rooms. One of which was used in basement - no issues (there is window which is private and screened bringing in natural light . Bathrooms are suitably presented. Area is quiet private and secluded with short walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants and good bus service . 10 mins max from airport and bus runs directly within vicinty for only 1.30euro and also to airport . Pool was cleaned and chlorinated for us during our stay with weekly cleaner service for change of towels sheets . Take your own laundry tablets if you wish laundered more as there is a suitable functioning washing machine. Owner is accommodating where possible for late arrivals and departures with explicit communications I have stayed in 4 star hotels within Lanzarote and would like to add some of these reviews were very off putting - unfair . This is a good area and place to stay if you don’t want to be in the centre of the hustle and bustle of Puerto Del Carmen but still wish to be within a short walking distance of amenities and sleep well at night . No aircraft noise like areas in Metagorda

We found the villa clean and well kept a few things were a bit dated but that's not a problem you can't expect everything to be renewed for every visitor. We had a slight problem with the door lock but the maintenance man was there to fix it within 5 minutes. I would recommend this villa and would return myself.
