Villa
New villa located near the beautiful and popular Watamu beach and quite close to the town. You can rent the entire villa or a single room (6 ensuite bedrooms per max 14 adults and 1 bebe).
This is a two-storey house: on the ground floor there are: 3 ensuite bedrooms, a living room with a smart tv with netflix, a kitchen, a laundry, 2 roomy and cozy verandas.
Upstairs, accessible from 2 different stairs, there are: 2 news nice ensuite bedrooms, a big relaxing open space with a pool table, two wide panoramic verandas. Big swimming pool, Free Wi-Fi, big landscape garden and garage.
Since june 2021 you can book a really amazing chelet with private ensuite bedroom and veranda, gym and massage area, with a beautiful view

There is only one room with a cot where a baby can stay. You cannot bring unregistered persons into the house without prior permission of ownership. You can’t smoke inside the house. Splendida vacanza in una splendida villa
Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni in questa splendida villa con piscina, godendoci ogni angolo della casa.
Alberto è un host attento e gentile che ci ha offerto di passare 4 notti nella suite che al momento era libera, nonostante avessimo prenotato una camera standard ❤️
Non tutti lo avrebbero fatto!
La cosa super di questa struttura è che Alberto mette a disposizione anche lo chef che soddisfa ogni tua richiesta in modo eccellente e questa è una grande comodità se non hai voglia di uscire fuori per cena.
Tutto il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile e la spiaggia di Watamu si trova a soli 700metri dalla struttura e può essere raggiunta anche a piedi
Che dire... Ci mancherete! 😊

Non c'è 2 senza 3.
È la terza volta che vado in questa bellissima villa, dopo le prime esperienze in resort, oramai a watamu non posso non venire qui, Alberto ed il suo staff mi coccolano sempre, mangio divinamente, e mi organizza sempre nuove cose da fare., anche se tra piscina, palestra e biliardo e massaggi spesso rinuncio ad uscire.
Non posso che consigliare kimya.

Beautiful villa near Watamu Village
This was the perfect place to stay for us in Watamu. Though it's not on a beach, it's very close to many of them and to town...and with the beautiful pool, we hardly wanted to leave anyway.
The house is gorgeous and has lots of great sitting areas and amenities, including fast free wifi and a gym. The owner was easy to communicate with, the staff are outstanding and the cook makes delicious breakfasts. We will be back!
