Trés bon séjour dans cet appart confortable très au calme avec terrasse, vue imprenable et piscine. Je recommande , seul l’accès au moins 2 fait bcp d'escalier a monter et les places de parking sont parfois un peu loin quand on rentre tard.. Sinon rien a redire

I cannot speak highly enough about this property. The views are fantastic and the location is excellent being so close to Sotavento. The apartment is not very large but it is all in open space with a kitchenette and a large terrace where one can watch a sunrise. We initially booked this apartment for a 3 week holiday but ended up staying close to 5 months due to the covid-19. Two of us spent the lockdown there and survived so the apartment is definitely suited for a long time stay despite its size! We missed very little from our own home which I think says a lot about this property. What I personally loved about the apartment was that it was so well stocked: besides a small fridge and a two-pot electric stove, we had two coffee machines (Moca pot and one with capsules), a little grill, a blender for smoothies, a microwave and many kitchen dishes and utensils, and a Whirlpool washing machine. We also had things like an iron board, a weight scale, a large hair dyer, a large first-aid kit, including a manual blood pressure cuff (!), and many other bath/cosmetic items in case you left yours at home. I was really impressed. This might change with the covid restrictions but the kitchen was stocked with different tea, various spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and other items that made a start of our holiday so smooth and everything so convenient. I was cooking fresh fish caught in Gran Tarajal from the start! Mostly thanks to the property manager Elisa who has been so kind, responded to all our emails so promptly at any time of the day (she works too hard!) and has been very accommodating. I love the fact that it has a self-checking and a key can be retrieved from a little lock. P.S. Just to give a full picture, the building is quite large and designed and situated quite uniquely in a hill. The driveway is unpaved and might not be for a fainthearted new driver but that is part of being so close to Sotavento.

Sono tornata dopo due mesi ed è stato ancora più bello! La posizione e l’appartamento carinissimo mi hanno fatto trascorrere una bellissima vacanza!

Ho soggiornato 12 giorni in questo residence, appartamento molto carino, funzionale , dotato di tutto il necessario, residence in una bella posizione , affacciato al mare, dotato anche di una bella piscina, se dovessimo tornare a fuerteventura , di sicuro torneremo in questo residence.

I felt really confortable at the apartment. I called it HOME. The kitchen is fantasticly big and full equipped... The best experience for spending just a week in there. I loved the light of the place, full of mirrors to enhance natural light and make it bigger (than it already is). To say anything "bad", the building's location is a bit far from everything, only accessible by car, but when planning a week like this in a flat like this, there is not much problem with that. It has its pros and cons. A bit apart but totally calm.

I stayed in this apartment several times in any month of the year. the apartment is easily accessible thanks to the guide that provides elisa with all the necessary information. beautiful ocean view, sunrises and stylish apartment. I'll be back soon

Costa Calma è tra le più belle localitá di Fuerteventura, punto di partenza per escursioni e giornate di sole su spiagge sconfinate bagnate da un mare turchese. L’appartamento si é presentato migliore delle fotografie: luminoso, pulitissimo, moderno, super attrezzato, affacciato sull’oceano. Il residence é dotato di una piscina e di grandi terrazze per bagni di sole. Elisa é stata precisa nell’inviarci le informazioni necessarie e suggerimenti per vivere al meglio quest’isola affascinante. Lo consiglio è sicuramente ci tornerò,
