Back for the second year . However last year villa no 11 and this year no 12. Everything about the complex is great . Just as all the other reviews have stated. However villa 11 was a much nicer and better maintained villa than 12. I didn't think the villa was kept in the best condition. The washing machine was temperamental . The iron sole plate was black and burnt and couldn't b used. There was a suitcase under our bed which someone must have left behind. The standard of cleaning wasn't great. Under the setter was dirty and dirt along the skirting board. There were chips out of a few of the plates. There were no keys for the bathroom doors although wen I asked about getting 2 . Liz brought me them. However this would not put me off staying at these villas. I just wouldn't stay in no 12 at again. The complex is beautiful . It's quite and secure. Another great holiday.

Lovely Villa Complex
Lovely villa within lovely grounds. We stayed in No 3, air conditioning was in both bedrooms and in the lounge area and with the temperatures we really needed them.
Kitchen could have been slightly better equipped as there was no bread knife or a decent pair of scissors, also could have done with some egg cups.
The beds were very comfortable and very clean as was the overall villa.
The walk down to town took around 15 minutes but sometimes felt longer with the heat and we always took a taxi back up the hill which cost 6 Euros as in the dark it is a pretty dangerous road.
All the taxis knew where the villas were.
The people who look after the villa's were really friendly and very helpful.
We will hopefully be returning next year

Babys First Holiday
This was a great location very quite friendly people & Mary & her team always on hand to help you out its about a 10 - 15 minute walk into Kalamaki but cabs were very cheap 6 euros, Zante town also not to far again 6 euros, the villas are very nice all you need is there I would highly recommend these villas & I'm looking to book again next year. we stayed in villa 14.

Excellent stay
Fantastic accommodation for base to discover Zante. Perfect for families, quiet and peaceful. Great pools and endless sunshine. Liz and all the other staff were so helpful and so a great job. Would recommend.

Kawasaki Court Villa no.11
Stayed here for 2 weeks. Could not fault the villa. Gardens ,pool and complex maintained to a high standard. Our door wouldn't lock and it was fixed immediately. Lizzy called most days to complex and if there were any issues or just wanted info on area she was happy to help. Excellent. Complex very secure. About 20 min walk to Maine street. You have to walk on road which isn't lit up at nite so would need a taxi home. A few local shops within 5 min walk which sells most things. contact person when booking was Mary. She gave great instructions how to get to villa. Brilliant.. People in Kalamaki very friendly. Food great. Very relaxed atmosphere . We hired a car which gave us more flexibility to see the island. Eating out is cheap but for those that cook there are bigger supermarkets within a 7 min drive.. Really a beautiful place and a great complex..Also because it's gated very secure. Really a wee home away from home. We loved it.

Very well equipped
An excellent property in a quiet location. Nearest restaurant is some way away as is the excellent beach. Car hire is recommended. The two excellent swimming pools are quite deep and would not suit non swimming small children although there is a small childrens splash pool

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 8/08 al 24/08 e devo ammettere che ci siamo trovati davvero bene in Kalamaki Court Village. Le villette sono complete di ogni comfort e per qualsiasi cosa sono molto disponibile. Come ambiente è molto tranquillo per andare soprattutto in famiglia. È molto favorevole la posizione per raggiungere in macchina il porto di Zakynthos e Laganas invece a Kalamaki centro ci si può arrivare tranquillamente a piedi sono circa 10 minuti.
Ci siamo trovati davvero bene l'univa lamentela che potrei fare sono le troppe api intorno alle piscine.
Ma a parte questo ci siamo trovati davvero bene. :)
