Just got back from a 3 week stay at Villa Adriana, Playa Blanca, had an excellent time, the owner Walter Riga is easily contactable and very helpful , would highly recommend this villa situated in a quiet Cul de Sac in Villas Burgardo, Faro Park, shops and excellent restaurants also on your doorstep.

The property was ideally situated in a quiet residential area just a few minutes walk from the coastal path and about 5 mins walk from shops, bars and restaurants with a choice of tapas, Italian and Indian food and a decent supermarket. The area near the property is so chilled out and it is actually nice to be slightly away from Playa Blanca itself which is a bit further along the coast and can be either accessed on foot if you fancy a longer walk or via a regular bus service just a few mins walk away from the property (number 30 bus). We had a car because we wanted to explore the island but is not essential if you want to stay local. We were a family of four and there was lots or room for us and the bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely surprise and didn't last long! The standard of the accomodation was excellent and very clean, with a lovely heated pool and outdoor seating area. Walter was particularly helpful during our stay and helped us when our original outbound flight was cancelled and he responded to messages straight away whenever I had a question or concern. The property was also cleaned halfway through our 1 week stay with fresh towels provided. I would highly recommend this property and would like to thank Walter for making it such a stress free experience.

The villa is well equipped, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and in a quiet area. Although we were only there for a week the towels were changed after three days. Communication with the owner was easy and we enjoyed the bottle of wine left for us. It is only a short walk to the supermarket and various restaurants and, although we didn't make use of them, buses are available nearby. The only things we missed were British tv channels but we managed to catch up with a lot of films!

Es ist ein Ort zur Erholung und der Entspanung. Ganz liebe und nette Vermieter die jedes sich jedem Problem stellen ,solte es welche geben.Wir werden auch nächstes Jahr wieder gerne hier Urlaub machen.

Good south facing location with views across to the hills of Fuerteventura. Property has everything you need and is more a home from home than a holiday let, with lots of space both inside and outside. While our holiday was cut short due to the outbreak of Coronavirus and subsequent shutdown of the island we were very fortunate to have a local owner who could not have been more helpful ensuring that we managed to get to the airport and onto one of the last flights out of Lanzarote. We stayed in the villa for a week end of January. Would highly recommend. We loved the villa. It has everything you need - all the mod cons including dishwasher and washing machine. The pool is a great size. It took us just under 10 mins to walk to the supermarket (easy stroll & all flat) and a lovely selection of restaurants. We didn’t have a car and didn’t need one. We walked into Playa Blanca via the promenade one evening and went into the town another day by bus. We booked this villa based on the previous reviews. What everyone has said is right! Walter is a fantastic host - very friendly and helpful. All in all - great holiday 😃😃😃

Walter kümmert sich rührend um seine Gäste. Alles rund um super. Jederzeit wieder. Haus super Pool super und wie immer ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

We have just got back from this wonderful villa.We absolutely loved this place, this was our first abroad holiday without the kids and we woul d certainly recommend it. Our flight was delayed and Walter was there to meet us, and with a nice welcome pack, which we weren`t expecting, this got the holiday off to the perfect start. The villa is in a quiet area at the lighthouse end, its the perfect spot to unwind, also a big shout out to steve next door to the villa, truly perfect friendly neighbours.The villa was spotless, maid service was three times a week, and the beds changed every week, the pool was cleaned regularly.It Had everything you could need including amazon prime & netflix, It was so good we didn`t even go out every night wich is a first.We would definitely come back to this villa.Gracias Walter.

Really enjoyable holiday, assisted by Walter being soooo helpful, we had a late flight and it was delayed but he waited till we arrived at 11pm. He left some food and a great bottle of wine and water which was so thoughtful. Our time here was elevated by the warm clean swimming pool and the cleanliness of the villa, the comfortable bed , the quiet area of Lanzarote. There are shops, supermarkets, and several restaurants , do try the Port of Call our favourite within a gentle 10 minute stroll. I would recommend a car to get out and about, but there is a local,Playa Blanca, bus that runs every half hour from the shops. Once again thank you Walter for being a helpful friendly host.

Villa très bien située, pratique, avec tout le nécessaire. Piscine chauffée très agréable dont nous avons profité tous les jours. Walter nous a très bien accueilli malgré notre arrivée tardive. Tout était parfait, je recommande vivement !
