I have been coming to this villa for a number of years now and love it every time, the location is perfect for a relaxing holiday, the restaurants are fantastic as are the bars serving the best cocktails !! The Marina is a beautiful setting to sit and watch the world go by. All in all a beautiful place, looking forward to my next visit :)

This villa is absolutely wonderful everything you need for a perfect stay. The location is fab 5 min walk to marina 10 min main town. Nothing too much trouble for the owners warm and friendly people. Great villa well kept perfect stay we will be back. Thank you

The villa is located in a quiet cul de sac only a 10 minute walk to the marina and 20 minutes to town. The beaches are also within walking distance. The villa is clean and spacious with plenty of outdoor space. We loved the location and Anne/ David the owners are friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble.

Fantastically clean, and spacious villa with everything we needed. Only a short walk to the local marina and shops/restaurants. The island has very good policies in place for the current situation and it felt safe and relaxing. Thoroughly recommend using this villa as a holiday destination. The location of the villa is perfect, only a 10 minute stroll to the Rubicon Marina with a great selection of restaurants and bars. There is also a modern shopping centre and supermarket located by the marina. A 10 minute walk along the seafront from the Marina takes you a lovely sheltered beach and further bars and restaurants are located in the old town which is a further 5 minutes walk. The Villa itself is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our holiday. The outside area is nice, with plenty of loungers by the pool and table and chairs by the bbq. We visited in late February and opted for the pool heating which we would recommend in the winter months. The owners of the Villa, David and Anne, live next door which is great if you have any queries.

Reviews are sometimes difficult to follow in my opinion, however this villa is worthy of me letting you know, what is has to offer. Casa Palmera is situated in an optimal location for those wanting time to themselves, with everything else the island has to offer on your doorstep. The villa itself was in a lovely quiet cul-sac, giving it the serenity of an out of the way feel without been far from all amenities. The villa is more than well equipped, outside has a pool, bbq and a box of goodies to play with. Inside is very spacious throughout and equally has all the amenities you could want. The marina was a perfect walking distance at only 10 mins (average walking pace), there were plenty of restaurants, shops and a lovely beach area, everything you could want without been over built. Playa Blanca itself 25-30 mins walk which can be an enjoyable wander if you go via the marina and walk the pedestrian path that follows the shoreline. Anne and David are very friendly and extremely helpful, they are a stones throw away without been intrusive. Overall the Villa and the location on the island worked exceptionally well, why don’t you check it out for yourself!

Great location if you want a peaceful spot. 10 minute walk to the Rubicon marina, and a 30minute wander to Playa Blanca. Owners live behind and are on hand for any problems but not intrusive. Also good for local knowledge and gave us a good transfer company from the airport. Good kitchen and BBQ area if you want to stay in, ten minutes to restaurants and bars in the marina. Pool is to the front and not totally private, but villa is on a cul-de-sac so limited people passing by. We paid extra for the pool heating - great extra for February and made the pool accessible.
