A wonderful clean and spacious apartment, directly opposite the beach! You will need beach shoes as the beach has many rocks and urchins but these can be bought in town for about 7 euros . A perfect spot as It’s Only a 10–15 minute walk into town along the beachfront, where there are many lovely restaurants and souvenir shops. Would highly recommend to people not come to Navalja during hideout festival week (last week of June), unfortunately young English yobs take over the town and give English people a bad name! However, the apartment is far enough away from town that if you want to stay away from the badly behaved youngsters, you can & don’t hear a thing! You can always hire a scooter or car and get away from the town and visit some more idyllic towns and villages around the island though 😉 The owner was lovely and took care of us very well and was always on hand to help us should we need it. A truly lucky find!

Wir haben dieses Appartment zu vier Personen für 10 Tage gebucht. Ausreichend Platz für alle ist vorhanden. Es ist nicht die modernste Unterkunft, aber alles nötige ist vorhanden und in einem akzeptablem Zustand. Das Bad ist neu renoviert worden. Die Küche schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Was wir vermisst haben ist eine richtige Klimaanlage. Ansonsten, wenn etwas war, ist Bojan direkt zu erreichen gewesen und hat geholfen. Das Meer mit einem kleinen, ruhigen Strand ist nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Die Gegend um das Haus ist recht ruhig. In die Innenstadt von Novalja sind es ca. 20 min zu Fuß. Alles in allem war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Wir haben insgesamt 11 Tage in Novalja verbracht. Das Appartment war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Das einzige was etwas gestört hat war, dass die Kücheneinrichtung bzw. Küche schon etwas gelitten hat und das Badezimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Ansonsten war alles top. Der Vermieter ist sehr herzlich und war immer erreichbar, falls es ein Problem gab. Alles in allem ein netter Urlaub dort.

Meine 3 Freundinnen und ich hatten das Appartement für eine Woche gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden! Die Zimmer sind groß, man fühlt sich keineswegs eingeengt und die Terrasse ist super. Wir hatten einen großen Kühlschrank, Herd, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher zur Verfügung. Ebenfalls Handtücher wurden uns gestellt. Bojan und seine Familie sind sehr hilfsbereite und nette Leute. Wir würden das Appartement auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Il proprietario si è dimostrato da subito disponibile, la casa si trova a 15/20 min a piedi dal centro ma è di fronte ad una spiaggetta molto comoda. L'appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario, non è il massimo (il bagno non è un gran che) ma c'è un bel giardino con possibilità di cenare fuori e il posto auto all'ombra. Per il prezzo pagato ne è valsa la pena. Peccato non ci sia il wifi.

In 4 guys we have a good holidays, the apartment is clean and cute. The owners are nice, super location and good place!

Great price. Very clean. The owner who lives above was very helpful and also laid back. Wasn't bothered about us playing music. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Bojan who I spoke to on the phone and arranged everything with was unbelievable helpful and helped us with taxis as well. All in all great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone.
