E' un ampio appartamento con tutti i confort e due bellissimi balconi. Per la sera è comodissimo perché vicinissimo al corso pieno di negozi e ristorantini. Non occorre l'utilizzo dell'auto. La signora Efi è una persona gentile e premurosa che per qualsiasi motivo è pronta ad aiutarti. E' adatto alle famiglie ma anche per 4 amici. Le spiagge sono bellissime in particolare Egremni, Porto Katsiki, Milos e Kathisma, raggiungibili in auto e in barca. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

We had an excellent stay in the Filis Apartments. The apartment was very spacious (with 2 bedrooms, big living room, balcony for each room, kitchen and bathroom ). The location was perfect as it was very close to the center, shops, and the marina. Also we had no problem with the parking, you can park free in front of the building. The host was very hospitable and proactively provided us helpful details on how to reach the apartment. With the beauty of the island and the great accommodation we had an excellent vacation.

We stayed in Filis apartments for 6 nights. The apartment was more than suitable for our family of 4 with 2 bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a large living area. The apartment was very spacious, clean and right in the heart of Lefkada town- central to everything. The owners were very hospitable and able to provide us with advice and help whenever we needed it. Thanks Filis Apartments!

Hemos estado varios días en este apartamento durante el mes de julio una familia con dos niños y lo recomendamos por los siguientes motivos: 1) La ubicación es magnífica, muy cerca de la zona del puerto deportivo y las zonas más populares de Lefkada. 2) Pese a su situación se encuentra en una calle muy tranquila y sin ruido por la noche, por lo que hemos dormido sin problemas. 3) El apartamento está equipado con todo, e incluso durante las noches en que hacía calor hemos dormido perfectamente gracias al aire acondicionado. Destacable lo limpio que lo encontramos a la llegada. 4) Hay un supermercado a pocos metros del apartamento, así como farmacias e incluso la parada de autocares que van a Atenas. 5) El trato por parte de los propietarios ha sido magnífico y siempre han estado disponibles para cualquier duda que tuviéramos. En resumen, una muy buena opción para una família de 4 personas que quieren estar dentro de ciudad de Lefkada.

Very good and spacious flat in the heart of Lefkada town, however, it's silent too. Sparkly clean, everything works. We loved to be in the apartment, Eleftherios and his staff was very friendly. If we come back to Lefkada - and I'm sure we will - we won't look for another flat.

Fully equipped spacious apartment with everything you need. Nice stone floor and two balconies with mosquitonetsdoors. Walking distance to all kind of shops, restaurants and bakery. The host and hosting lady are very helpful.

We loved our stay at Filis apartment. The host was always quick to respond and proactively communicate directions and details we needed to book and arrive. Apartment is spacious and comfortable with sliding doors to let the breeze in. Perfect for us as we stocked up on supplies ready for our charter and could prepare meals in the kitchen. Medium size fridge and freezer was great. Location is excellent. Easy walk to marina, main square etc and close to ‘local’ stores and fruit markets. Supermarket is a few doors down (or if needed there are lots of large supermarkets like Lidi within about 5 min drive). Parking was never a problem and we could park directly in front of the apartment. Shower is hand held over the bath and a hook would be good (but we managed to create a makeshift way to hang it up). Can hand wash and there is a clothes line on the back balcony or laundrymat two doors down. Good value for money

The Filis appartment is large and airy with two good sized bedrooms and a large lounge with two sofas. There is air conditioning but often we would just open the numerous windows onto balconies and let the breeze blow through. This gives you the added sound of songbirds kept by the neighbours. It is on the first floor and is about 5 minutes brisk walk from the bus garage. The kitchen is well equipt with tea coffee, herbs and spices provided but as expected in a renovated apartment the cupboards are a little tired. Our only minor criticism was that the bathroom could do with updating. It is located on a street where we always found parking for our car. It is about a two minute walk from the main tourist street in Lefkada town so conveniently close but away from the noise of bars and restaurants. Our hosts were excellent meeting us on the day of our arrival and dealing with us extending our stay professionally. We really enjoyed our stay.

This apartment is located near the city centre (about 5 minutes walking), and you can find all you need around it: supermarket, bakery, restaurants, bar, ... If you want to go to the beach, it takes about 15 minutes riding a scooter you can rent for a cheap price. The owner was always available to help, giving all the information we needed. In the apartment everything was cleaned and the air conditioning was really useful due to the hot weather we found in Lefkas those days. This apartment is suitable for a family, as you can find two rooms fully furnished, a living room, bathroom and kitchen. If we decide to go back to Lefkas, we will definitely try to stay in this apartment again.

Questo appartamento merita completamente le numerosissime eccellenti recensioni che ha ricevuto. Spazioso, arredato con gusto, fornito di ogni servizio, pulitissimo. Situato in una zona a due passi dal centro e con ogni tipo di negozio e servizio nelle immediate vicinanze. Non si può chiedere di più! Il proprietario, Elefterios, molto simpatico, ci ha accolto con un vero e proprio utilissimo briefing sulle tante cose da fare su questa stupenda isola, e tanti altri consigli e suggerimenti. Una scelta raccomandata al 100%!
