We were in four, 2 couples in May 2019. Our experience was grate, the place is beautiful, the house plenty of comfort, furnished with a good taste, beds very comfortable. The pool is very nice even if not big the view is outstanding. We enjoined the , outside BBQ and all yhe facilities. Satellite tv etc. The location is also very nice in the countryside but near restaurants and a supermarket. We will come back for sure.

Mooi gelegen huis, maar slecht onderhouden en dito behandeld door CASAMERINA, dus nooit meer! Vuile keuken, afvallbak niet geleegd, gevulde en beschimmelde filter nog in koffie apparaat, schimmels in douches, gebroken tuinstoelen en parasol. Ondermaatse kwaliteit zwembadwater, gras niet meer gemaaid sinds vorige gasten (3 weken geleden), etc. NIET huren via Casamerina want men vindt dat schoonmaken en onderhoud onder verantwoordelijkheid eigenaar valt. Zelfde slechte beoordeling zat nog in map vorige gasten. In 25 jaar vakanties in Italie nooit eerder meegemaakt.

Amazing property with everything you could ask for; inside and out. Wonderful location for a relaxing holiday, but easy to access places of interest. Lovely restaurant in the village that we used several times. Supermarket stocks all that you will need for cooking at home - great BBQ. Vittorio's mother (next door) is a lovely lady who can't do enough to help you. Hope to return.

My wife and I visited during a very hot spell - the house was fantastic for keeping cool (especially overnight) but also has a wood-fired heating system for winter guests. It is extremely well equipped (although I never found a toaster so had to use the grill in the oven for toast) - even to the point of having a fizz-keeping bottle stopper for Prosecco! The living and sleeping areas are very comfortable and the country views over the hills are stunning. The pool, though quite small, was extremely welcome. There are two good trattorias within walking range (see reviews of Da Sara and L'ometto in Moricone) and also a medium size supermarket (EMI) open 8-8 every day. So no worry over drinking and driving. Slightly further afield is the historic city of Narni - surely yet to appear where it belongs - high on the already lengthy list of Italian tourist sites. Of course, better known places within comparatively easy reach are on that list now - including Lake Trasiemeno, Perugia, Assisi, 'sad' Norcia, Spoletto and Piediluco amongst them. Nothing moves or is reached quickly here (!) but that adds to the relaxed nature - certainly a very peaceful holiday location and only 90 minutes drive from Fiumicino. Finally, a mention for Vittorio (the owner) - we never met him but he was extremely attentive by text and it was clear he is a true gentleman who would have gone out of his way to correct any problems (if we'd had any). Brilliant!

Non potevamo chiedere di più persone squisite e disponibili casa bellissima e attrezzata di tutti i confort

Sono stata in questo appartamento con una coppia di amici lo scorso Ottobre, durante una vacanza. L'appartamento è nuovissimo, dotata di tutti i confort. L'arredamento è carino e per essere una casa di vacanza è anche abbastanza spaziosa. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e discreto. Non ho potuto utilizzare la piscina perchè era freddo ed era chiusa, ma è come un terrazzo! Piccola ma in posizione eccezionale! Consigliato!!

La casa è una villa divisa in due, metà affittata e metà abitata. E' dotata di una bella piscina, piccola ma ottimamente rifinita, tv, wifi, e tutto quanto serva a passare una bella vacanza nel verde. Il costo per notte è nella media (a metà agosto poco più di 100 euro/notte) Il padrone di casa è molto cortese e super disponibile. Alcune pecche dal punto di vista della pulizia e della manutenzione della casa.

I like this villa, it was my first time in umbria and i will come back for sure. The owner, Vittorio, is very helpfull and a nice gentleman. I recommend this place!

Guys, everytime I spent a week end out of home I wanted to find a property like Dolci colline! The flat is furnished at personal use level, everything brand new, large room available, so comfortable you don't mind if stay longer inside instead of sightseeing in the (beautiful) surroundings! Great landscape is available just out the window.
