Fantastic and peaceful place Alessandro was fantastic couldn’t be more helpful was so considerate even drove us to the supermarket . Breakfast was fresh everyday,very clean .

Strategic base
We were looking for an apartment close to the airport but no too much far from the city.
It was a right decision, 30 minutes to reach Rome from Frascati station and 15 minutes from there to the airport.
Our weekend was perfect, the owner a pleasant person and the house equipped with everything you need.
Very handy the remote control gate that allows you to leave and come back at any time.

Haus ok, Lage und Service verbesserungswürdig
Über die Lage waren wir uns bewusst, aber das der komplette südl. Berufsverkehr nach und von Rom am Haus vorbei geht war doch etwas überraschend, zudem wird italienisch typisch viel gas gegeben so das es sehr laut ist, mit offenen Fenstern schlafen ging nicht. So geht es zum nächsten Problem, keine Klima!
Insb. das Bad sollte dringend renoviert werden und die Betten gehören getauscht, jede Wendung im Bett verursacht lautes Quietschen so das wir nie richtg schlafen konnten.
Empfang war ok, aber vom Service , uns zum Bahnhof zu bringen war keine Rede mehr und das Frühstück entspricht nicht mal italienischen Grundstandart,,das geht vielerorts besser und sollte, da es die org. Fotos suggerieren, geändert werden. ein paar abgepackte Crousons und Toastbrot ist nicht genug, dann lieber gleich sein lassen.
Parken ist ok, aber wenn das Auto etwas tiefer ist liegt man schon manchmal auf.
Der Weg zur Metro gegen 9:30 war die Hölle, wir brauchten 1 h für die ca. 7 km, die Parkplatzsuche war sehr schwierig an den P&R Plätzen um diese Zeit, dann mit der Metro lief es problemslos in die Stadt in 30min.
In Grottaferetta gibt es nette Lokale, aber sonst nicht viel. Zu Fuss benötigt man ca. 20-30 min dorthin, der Weg zu Fuss ist nicht besonders schön und somit ein Übel das man schlucken muss wenn man was trinken möchte.

Dear Sir,
I waiting for this kind of review from the check-in time when you spoke me about your issues with another hotel.
I wish answer to each point but the other reviews do it for me.
Your care in making the pics of the bathroom makes me smile as the complaints about the traffic to get the subway while I did warn you about this and in fact I suggested to move from the nearest station of Frascati (2 km far and without traffic).

Excellent peaceful cottage in the hills.
We only returned from this lovely cottage in the hills yesterday. Alessandro the host made us both feel very welcome. The cottage was spotless and cleaned every day, along with the breakfast tray being refilled on a daily basis. All areas are easily reached from the cottage either by car or train. The local towns are all worth a visit. We had a very relaxing week and feel fully refreshed. Thank you.

Another Excellent Visit
We first went to La Dolce Casetta in October 2014. Our stay was so enjoyable we went again, having just returned. Alessandro (our host) was his usual friendly, helpful self, with nothing being too much trouble. Even Bijou, his pet cat came visiting to say 'hi'.
They say you get what you pay for and you certainly get your money's worth staying here, a lovely Villa, in lovely gardens with quite a sun trap. Travel to Rome is easy and convenient and Alessandro is very obliging taking you and picking you up from the a Metro.
We will definitely go again.

Sopra le aspettative
Per puro caso ci siamo imbattuti in questo appartamentino, che ci sembrava perfetto per una famiglia con 2 bambini scalmanati. Mai ci saremmo aspettati però tutto quello spazio che ci dava la possibilità di farli uscire in giardino a giocare come se fossimo a casa nostra.
Panorama inoltre davvero suggestivo.
Ci ritorneremo appena avremo un bel weekendino primaverile libero.

Отличный выбор
Мы были в этом доме с женой и двумя сыновьями 8 ночей.
Впечатления остались очень позитивные. Дом просторный и чистый, на кухне имеется всё необходимое, чтобы не есть в ресторанах или фастфудах.
Жилье располагается на красивой вилле с садом и футбольным полем, которому были рады наши сыновья.
Я бы приехал сюда еще раз.

Magnificent holiday home
Absolutely ideal accomodationm, just ten minutes by car from Caimpino airport and located in a small country outside the hustle of Rome.
It was precisely the solution we were looking for: we hired a car directly got off the plane for be 100% free to visit any attraction, in this regard we followed the owner tips about the countries close, while we were already informed about Rome.
The Home is so cozy and very large for a couple like us, but the price was so affordable that we did not think for a moment to book it.
The garden and the view are breathtaking.
