Hello. My family and I stayed here for a week. Three children from early to late teens. Everyone knows this part of Italy is difficult to get to but once there you can park the car for a full week if you do choose. Great walk down to the beach. It’s a magical place that’s mostly locals. You can take a water taxi to the neighboring beach if you like but it’s not needed. We did it once. You spend the whole day relaxing, swimming, eating and drinking. Just what the doctor ordered. There is a very nice restaurant along with a shop fully of amazing produce. In ingredients are so high quality your family will think you transformed into a professional chef! The apartment is upstairs and you take steps down from the road. Your balcony is simply amazing and you’ll spend hours on it in the evening taking in the views and enjoying your dinner. No noise from the road or downstairs at all. The owner is extremely helpful and concern about making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Overall, this was a dream vacation for us and we plan on making many return visits to this special place.

The house has lots of character and is a lovely place to come back to after a busy day! The view of the coastline from the house is outstanding. Conca Dei Marini is a peaceful village away from the crowds, but with enough facilities, ie shops, restaurants to make it a great place to stay. We hired car and have found this an ideal way to get around, although there is public transport around. Access to the beach of Conca Dei Marini involves lots of steps, a good way to keep fit and allow yourself an extra slice of pizza!!! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Molte volte quando si trova un appartamento online si viene "ingannati" dalle foto.. Beh.. non è questo il caso! La posizione è fantastica: la casa si trova in una zona tranquilla della costiera amalfitana, ha il parcheggio privato (noi siamo riusciti a farci stare due auto con qualche manovra) e si raggiunge facilmente da una scalinata. All'interno la casa è davvero bella ha i soffitti originali, tre bagni ed è accessoriata con tutto il necessario. Ultima ma non per importanza la vista. Che dire, non si può non rimanere colpiti dalla veduta che si ha dal balcone di casa!

We spent 3 magnificent weeks in this beautiful home and we are already planning a return. First, the wonderful home owner, Silvia, communicated everything perfectly and was beyond helpful from before the trip and during our stay. The house is far better than describes. It has every possible amenity you could want. If you think you need it, I promise you it’s there! In the morning we had breakfast and coffee on the front patio which has a gorgeous view and is shaded. The ocean breeze is a gift from the heavens. In the evening we would gather on the balcony to watch the glorious sunset and drink local wine. The washing machine works great and the breeze and sun dry your clothes fresh! There are beaches within walking distance if you don’t mind walking up and down hills and stairs. We enjoyed the walks and found it to be a great form of exercise. If you don’t want to walk there are very convenient shuttles I think it’s like one or two Euro to get to the beach. And most restaurants offer free pick up service as well. What I loved most about the house and it’s location is that it’s a peaceful and relaxing place. And the views. Sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking. If you want to see more people you can take a boat or taxi to Amalfi and be there in 20 minutes. But we spent most of our time at the house. Chef Fiore is not only a very reliable and attentive property manager. He is incredibly informative and helpful about anything you need. He is also a masterful chef. We ate several meals in his restaurant. The photos that are posted are beautiful but you should expect more because it is truly a magical place.

The house is in a great location, close to Amalfi but high up and in a quiet friendly village. The village has several restaurants, a shop and access to the bus services all within walking distance if you can manage steps. The house was comfortable, fairly basic furnishings, but with new bathrooms and kitchen which were exceptionally clean. The owner provided lots of information by email, and the local contact Fiore was also helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful holiday.

Lovely sea view indeed. Kitchen well equipped. The bathrooms were clean and new. Slight problem with the ants on the balcony and in the kitchen, but I understood that this is a common issue on the Amalfi Coast.

We had an amazing time in Conca dei Marini . The location of this rental was ideal , in the middle of everything but away from the crowds.The communtiy of the Amalfi coast are some of the friendliest we have met , we often felt a bit " local", especially in Conca dei Marini. The views from this home are breathtaking,the accommodation had everything we needed.We were 2 couples and it was perfect as we both had our own bedrooms on suite with lots of space and privacy . We hired a car , there is a parking provided off the street which we discovered on these tiny roads is a huge plus.Driving was a challenge but it was nice to have as we took drives to places we wouldn't otherwise have visited. Silvia gave us plenty of advice which helped a huge amount wrt finding places , driving , parking, nice places to visit and of course the walks . Things to note , it is so breathtaking as it is situated on beautiful cliffs so plenty of walking up and down and with that we found every corner was a camera moment , so walking shoes , a fair level of fitness and camera are essentials . All in all a holiday to remember and a place highly recommended for a visit.

The house is well described in the brief synopsis. It is basic and ideal for 2 couples or a family of four. Difficult to sleep more than 4 adults Comfortably. The top room is accessible only by a small spiral staircase. This up stairs b/r has a small window with little view. Crockery,cutlery,accessories including the furniture and beds are basic and need replacing. This spot is all about the stunning views,peace and quiet away from the business below. I spent most time on the patio soaking in the beauty this place offers. There is a parking which is suitable for one car. Be prepared to walk but well worth it! Beach , bus stop , groceries and restaurants within 20 min walk. The hostess , Silvia doesn't live here but is a very helpful and welcoming person. Good value and the vista well worth it! We travelled with another couple and couldn't have been happier with this little gem. Arriving from Australia to this beautiful part of Italy, this little house exceeded our expectations. Spacious and comfortable with sublime views from the balcony and indeed every window. We felt like we were staying in a postcard. We were blown away by the charm and character of this obviously well loved holiday home. Other reviewers have mentioned the features of the decor, believe them. The spiral stairs to the upstairs bedroom were a little tight and the bathrooms a little dated. That was no inconvenience and you will be more than compensated by the spectacular location. The property manager - Fiore - was fantastic with a warm welcome and advice for our stay. He was available to answer any questions and helped us organise our ferry on departure to Salerno. You should be sure to visit his nearby restaurant (Le Bonta del Capo)for both the high quality food and service. There are stairs to climb to get around the village but nothing too challenging. The buses to Amalfi and along the coast were easy to use and cheap. Silvia (the owner) was very attentive and professional with every interaction. She emailed us maps and tips for the local attractions. We could not have been more delighted with our stay.
