Flamingo Beach Guest house, a 7 bedroom home that accommodates 14 guests, is located 20 minutes from the Montego Bay airport. This beautiful 2 storey house is located in a quiet Trelawny community. The roof provides a perfect view of the Caribbean sea.
Master suite with jacuzzi
5BR upstairs, 2BR downstairs. There is another Jacuzzi upstairs as well. 2 King beds and 3 Queen beds upstairs. One queen sofa bed is available on the ground floor.
There is a large sitting hall upstairs for entertaining. 32'x25'. 72" TV. There is a living room, dining room, laundry, kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and a garage.

Wow
The house was wonderful. lots of fruit trees in the yard, able to pick fresh coconuts, mangoes, sour sop, and ackee. For a fee you are able to get a Chef to cook for you during your stay. It was 14 of us and our chef Romaine like the lettuce was great. He prepared for us the 4 days we were there authentic Jamaican meals. The food was delicious. Our host Jocelyn was very nice and accommodating. She was there to great us upon arrival and gave a tour of the house and the grounds, she was also there to se d us off at the end of our stay. She also called during the stay to make sure everything was okay. Our grounds keeper Danny was awesome very helpful with things we needed done at the home. The home was beautiful and clean. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend this for anyone. The host will even help you set up transportation to and from the airport. And She has a van that you can use for excursions, trips yo the grocery store, etc.. for a small fee of course , it was worth it. My group had a great time.

Unsatisfactory
I was not the guest at this Villa, as per my guests who stayed there, it was not what they expected. Latter was a nightmare. They were accused of stealing and damaging things that was already damaged. I personally is now dealing with the after effects base on owners claim. It was my first experience with renting a Villa. I might not do it again.

UBELIEVABLE ACCOMODATIONS, GREAT HOST, PERFECT LOCATION!
WOW! WOW! WOW!
FLAMINGO BEACH VILLA
Hands down the best accommodations in Jamaica.
I took my family of 14 to stay for 5 days during Christmas and from start to finish was simply amazing.
The property is located right off the main road just as you past the Flamingo gas station. It’s 10 min away from Montego Bay and 30 minutes from downtown Ocho Rios.
3 stories with a beach view, abundant living spaces, large pool, huge kitchen and dining, 7 bedrooms, fruit trees and a gorgeous garden in a quiet neighborhood.
If that wasn’t good enough, our host Joycelyn was the MOST caring person, she made sure we had everything ready to go, complimentary drinks , fruits on the first day.
Her daughter Angie did a quick check in to make sure we had alternate contact info and directions to the local beach. Wonderful people, wonderful place and a wonderful time.
It felt like home.
I recommend booking directly with her.

Ahhhhhhhhh. Just what the doctor ordered.
Lockdowns, viruses, travel, missed or canceled planes, cold weather
Frustration, frustration, frustration ……
Most of us can relate to the extreme stresses experienced over the past couple of years.
I sooo needed to exhale…
I stepped out of Montego airport in Jamaica to be greeted by the warm, friendly, welcoming smile of my Host from Flamingo Villa. This warmth and caring attitude was to last throughout my stay
The journey to Flamingo Villa enlightened me as to why this beautiful country is known as ‘the land of wood and water'
Best two weeks I have spent in a long, long time
Each morning I could feel my body and mind beginning to bounce back as I walked the few minutes it took to get to the sea
I would sit and watch the tropical fish swimming below the clear blue water before diving in and joining them
My hosts would help me pick fresh fruit from the trees in the garden for breakfast
When I wasn’t lazing basking in the warm sunshine, or just sleeping, or reading in the hammock. I would visit some of the many local sites including the Glistening Waters, Irie Falls, or just cruising along relaxing while gently rafting down the Martha Brae River
Stopping occasionally to devour that tasty, mouth-watering jerk fish, jerk chicken, or jerk pork, perfected in a way only Jamaicans can
And dare I say, sampling the exquisite rum punch I’ve heard so much about
Or simply relaxing with a book in the cool breeze on the roof of the building, soaking up the surrounding views of mountains and deep blue sea
Sunshine everyday blessing and healing my weary body
Sometimes refreshing tropical rain cooling and freshening the atmosphere
Evenings sitting around the barbeque with a glass of wine, occasionally taking a dip in the pool
Looking up at the night sky absolutely laden with stars
By the end of my stay, I felt rejuvenated, revitalized
Ahhhhhhhhh. Just what the doctor ordered.
It was a sad day when I had to leave BUT…
I will most definitely be back.

Amazingly well received and friendly people.
The house was well placed between Ocho Rios (65min from dunns river) , montego bay(30 min from magaritaville and doctor cove) and 2hrs from Negril (rick's Cafe).
For those who are looking to go in multiple directions this will be the best location to stay at. Beyond that the groundsman was very helpful and the owner was very pleasant. Beside a lil hiccup with finding the place which the owner rectified easily I certainly have no complaints. The house is perfect especially for groups as there were 12 of us.

My stay in Jamaica
Everything was perfect, a few drivers had trouble finding
The home but after your there you can explain that the home is off the Main Street from the check point, the power went out for a few hours but it's great getting the culture experience. Everything was worth it and the yard man kept us safe and comfy thank you joy!!

Awesome
It's the most beautiful villa I've ever stayed in. The landscaping is kept up very nicely. It's so quiet and peaceful. Inside the villa is immaculate! Beautiful. Each room has a different design and has it's own bathroom. Very clean and has air conditioning! The location was great! It's in the middle of Montego Bay and Falmouth. Ocho Rios is not too far. Very scenic ride wherever you go. I would recommend this Villa to EVERYONE! This will be my vacation spot whenever I visit Jamaica!
