What an excellent central location for this flat. Several bus stops are within easy walk to get you all around the island, plus the small beach plus convenience stores and restaurants. The flat was very clean and had very effective aircon. Within the 25 electricity units per day included in the rental you can have the main room aircon on morning and evening and cool the bedrooms down before bedtime. The local Turkish food store across the way is a great modern shop that provides most of what you will need to self-cater, with others just a few paces away on the left out of the flat. The airport transfer service that the owners provided was excellent. The only real disappointment of our stay was that the bed in the main bedroom was decidedly old and very uncomfortable. It sags in the middle so the the two occupants feel they are sleeping on a slope and roll into each other. Also in the en-suite shower the mechanism for holding the shower spray at a chosen height did not work so it had to stay at the bottom at only neck height. There was also a safe in the room but sadly locked and unusable.

Das Appartement entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Es ist wirklich sehr geräumig, alles war sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Kleinere Supermärkte in der Nähe, so dass man zum Frühstück schnell Brötchen besorgen kann. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir schon erwartet- alles war unkompliziert. Lage: liegt zentrumsnah an einer befahrenen Straße, so dass wir für die Nachtruhe die Fenster geschlossen haben. Die Einfahrt zum TG-Stellplatz ist eher für kleinere Autos geeignet. In der Nebensaison haben wir auch immer gut auf der Straße einen Parkplatz bekommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Good location for first stay in Malta. Very clean, roomy and functional unit. Good access to quality restaurants and cafes which added to local atmosphere.

I would like to thank Sharon and Edward once again for a great week in their lovely apartment. The improvements made to the apartment since last year were brilliant, especially the insect screens on the doors and windows. The apartment is always well presented and clean. From the booking to the actual stay, everything was smooth and hassle free. The apartment is in a good location with everything you will need on your doorstep, including the buses. Thanks for everything. We hope to see you again next year.

This beautiful apartment is right in the centre of the popular Bugibba square area, with restaurants, bars and public transport at your feet. The spacious bedrooms and lounge, the we’ll-stocked kitchen and the two bathrooms made for a home-from-home. All arrangements, including airport transfers, were made by the courteous and efficient Sharon and her family, and we felt very welcome.

Siamo stati in questo appartamento nel giugno 2016. Eravamo 2 famiglie per un totale di 4 adulti e 2 ragazzi. L appartamento è nuovissimo e le foto che vedete corrispondono alla realta'. Ben fornito di tutto e veramente un appartamento funzionale dove non manca proprio nulla. si trova vicino al centro. L' unico problema potrebbe essere il parcheggio visto che a Bugibba è veramente un utopia. Volendo con un sovrapprezzo si ha il parcheggio all' interno della struttura. proprietari disponibili in tutto e per tutto. lo consiglio vivamente,

What a huge, amazing apartment this is. It was well presented and immaculate. There was 6 of us staying the first week and we had loads of room to spread out. Sharon, the owner was very friendly and helpful and her Dad transferred us to and from the airport for a reasonable charge. Situated in the heart of Bugibba with lot's of shops, bars, restaurants all around and the beach and sea just a 5 minute walk. Being on the 4th floor however and the fact that the bedrooms are to the rear of the property, you would never know you were so close to the hustle and bustle. It would be nice to have some more outside furniture, 2 chairs meant we couldn't all sit out together. We would highly recommend Concordia Place and hope to return in the future.

We stayed at the apartment for 4 days and we were a party of 5 friends.Sharon the owner was very helpful before and during our stay and responded to my messages within minutes.She gave us tips on what to do a map with all the attractions which was like a gem to us.The apartment as all the reviews say is like the photos its nearly new on the 4th floor with elevetor.The location is perfect few steps walk to the Bugibba square with lots of shops,bars,eating spots and so on.Though i think that some things need to be seen more carefully.Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but only at the balcony.Though at the balcony there is no sitting area which is unacceptable either way.So the smoking people from our company had to go outside stand and smoke.The apartment can accomodate up to 6 adults but on the sitting area there is only one couch for 3.There is also two babbo chairs(propably for the balcony but they were in the sitting area)from which the one had a problem and when you sat on it you were falling.Since the sitting area is too big i think one more sofa would be ideal.The apartment also doesnt have an espresso machine with capsules or something so that you could drink an appropriate coffee in the morning.Really big disadvantage for me.Also the air-conditioning is charged and the fact is that you really need it,fan are not enough at all.In general i think that there are some improvements that should be done that are not really expensive and the apartment would be perfectly functional for the guests.Overall we were left with a good 'taste' and we would really like to thank Sharon for all the help.Without her our trip wouldnt have been so nice.xx
