The Penthouse is one of a kind as it is in a superb location, with amazing views from the large terrace and all the facilities one would require. The bus stop is also right outside the door so getting around the island is so easy and restaurants and the local Supermarket are just a short walk away. The Penthouse has everything one would need for the perfect holiday experience and Neville and Ruth are the perfect hosts. There is nowhere else I would rather stay.

Thank you for a lovely stay We are a lovely holiday. We are truly sad to be leaving. The apartment was ideally situated for our needs since we spent most of our days bussing it around Malta or, on a couple of occasions, hiring a self drive boat to do our own thing. I would say the apartment was as described and well furnished for our needs.

Great location in St Paul’s Bay. There are 4 floors to the narrow fronted building with an apartment on each floor. We had the penthouse with that spectacular view of the bay. It is on bus routes but being so high up traffic noise was not a problem. There is a lift if you do not want to use the stairway. The apartment was clean and tidy with a fully equipped kitchen/dining/living room. The room had two sofas, a dining table & chairs and a new looking fridge freezer. Sky multi channel TV in several languages. Free wi-fi with a strong signal. One bedroom with king sized bed was at the rear of the apartment and a bathroom equipped with a shower. Plenty of hot water available by switching on an immersion type heater. Two small rear balconies one of which is covered and has a washing machine and the other has a washing line. There is a bus stop right outside the apartments which we readily made use of for trips to several locations on the island. Very good value for your money.

Wir waren 5 tage im apartment.Ruth und neville sind gut organisiert und sehr verlässlich.wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment.super aussicht vom Balkon aus!!

Siamo stati in questo appartamento le prime due settimane di settembre 2018, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’appartamento è composto da camera con bagno, è un salone con cucina abbastanza ampio da contenere 2 divano letto e soprattutto dotato di tutto dal frigo/forno elettrico/il microonde/tostapane/lavatrice/phon e ferro da stiro, insomma non manca nulla. Ma il pezzo forte è la terrazza con vista sulla baia di StPaul che vi ripaga di tutto, dove potete fare colazione e cena godendo della vista. L’appartamento è servito con ascensore è dotato di collegamento internet wi-fi e tv con ricezione canali in lingua italiana. Si trova inoltre in una zona molto tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo a 5 minuti dal paese e a 15/20 minuti dalle spiaggia più belle e dall’imbarco x Gozo e Comino. Il titolare ci ha saputo consigliare sin dai primi contatti e sul posto abbiamo trovato un ragazzo (Salvatore) Italo maltese che ci ha consigliato supportato e sopportato in tutto, fidatevi e non ve ne pentirete. L’isola è la casa (fermata sotto al portone)sono serviti ottimamente dai numerosi bus, ma se vi volete muovere in autonomia affittate una macchina. A prestoooo

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana ,casa confortevole ,accogliente e con molti servizi a disposizione ....per non parlare della vista bellissima . La casa e’ collegata bene sia della spiaggia più famose... che dalla vita mondana tutto raggiungibile con l’autobus .

L'appartamento è molto spazioso e gode di una splendida vista sulla baia di San Paul. È ben attrezzato di tutto e i proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili. A pochi minuti di macchina sono raggiungibili tutte le più belle spiagge di Malta. Da questo punto è anche relativamente comodo tragettare per Gozo e Comino. Ve lo raccomando

We were looking for a nice place somewhere on Malta and had the luck to find one of Neville and Ruth's apartments free at our planned days.. the view of the balcony is marvelous,the emerald sea, the fishing boats, at night a lot of lights at the opposing bay side... the apartment we had was at the top of the building, in front of it were two bus stops, that take you every 15 minutes wherever to you want..there is a small elevator too. The apartment has a bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room and a big balcony, that we used the most :-) Neville was just one whatsapp away wherever there was a question, he arranged a taxi from the airport to the apartment, a nice young man showed us every thing in the apartment when we came in. We arrived late at evening, so Neville had arranged breakfast!!! Also a bottle of wine, superb!! Everything was present, from dishes, to cutlery, pots and pans, laundry, towels, washing machine..Nothing more to wish for. A big compliment for the both of you, you made our stay at Malta a perfect one!! Highly recommended!! A lot of value for the money!!

El apartamento estaba genial. Es ideal para dos personas. Lo mejor de todo es la terraza, tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Los propietarios fueron muy atentos y siempre contestaron a mis preguntas antes y durante las estancia, ademas me recomendaron muchos sitios para diversas actividades que queríamos realizar. Para los españoles deciros que uno de los propietarios habla español perfectamente, además, a la hora de recibirnos no solo nos dio las lleves si no que estuvo un buen rato con nosotros explicándonos y enseñándonos sitios para ir y cosas para hacer. La zona es muy tranquila y siempre había sitio para aparcar delante del apartamento. Por poner alguna pega no había aire acondicionado y el agua de la ducha estaba un poco fría. Por todo lo demás genial, lo recomiendo!!
