By appointment Flavio is available with pleasure to assist and advise guests on restaurants and agriturismo reservations, boat excursions, car trips, horseback ridings on the beach, visits to the national park etc ... .. His experience and the utmost respect for privacy has a dominant role.

Bezauberndes Appartement, liebevolle Gastgeber
Es ist eine ganz bezaubernde Appartement-Anlage. Man spürt bei allem, mit wie viel Liebe und Persönlichkeit alles gestaltet und eingerichtet wurde. Unser Appartement hatte 3 Terrassen, eine davon komplett schattig und eine als Dachterrasse in der Sonne. Auch der Garten ist mit viel Liebe angelegt. Die Gastgeber haben sich sehr liebevoll gekümmert, wenn wir sie brauchten, aber wir konnten auch ganz zurückgezogen unsere Privatsphäre genießen. Wenn es Probleme gab oder wir Fragen hatten, reichte eine kurze WhatsApp-Nachricht und es wurde sich innerhalb kürzester Zeit gekümmert. Einfach großartig.
Außerdem erhielten wir bereits vor der Anreise ein vom Gastgeber in liebevoller Detailarbeit zusammengestelltes Heft mit Empfehlungen für besondere Gastronomie oder Freizeitaktivitäten. Es war für jeden Bedarf etwas dabei und die Qualität der Empfehlungen war wirklich überzeugend. Unser Gastgeber hat auf unseren Wunsch hin sogar die Restaurants für uns gebucht, so dass wir den Platz mit der besten Aussicht bekamen. Wir konnten im Vorwege genau auswählen, welche Extras wir brauchen, so dass uns nichts berechnet wurde, was wir nicht brauchen. Strom und Wasser wurden nach Verbrauch abgerechnet, so dass unser sparsames Verhalten sich gelohnt hat.

Superschöne ruhige Ferienanlage
Die Ferienwohnung ist in 20 Minuten vom Flughafen Olbia erreichbar. Mit dem Auto 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt mit zahlreichen Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung.
Die Apartments sind vom Design her einzigartig. Wir durften die anderen Apartments anschauen. Jedes Apartment ist liebevoll individuell gestaltet. Wir hatten Apartment Nr. 2 mit Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, Terrasse, Bad mit Dusche.
Der Besitzer der Anlage war immer erreichbar, um wertvolle Tipps zu geben. Vor der Anreise haben wir mit der Post eine Mappe bekommen mit ausführlichen Ausflugsvorschlägen bzw. Infos zu Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. Hier bekommt man nicht nur eine Ferienwohnung sondern ein ganzes Paket von Dienstleistungen. Z.B. hat der Besitzer für uns einen wunderschönen Segeltörn mit einem erfahrenen Skipper gebucht, aber auch die Reservierung von Restaurants übernommen. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass die Nebenkosten für die Wohnung extra berechnet werden. Aus unserer Sicht ist das völlig okay, weil es der Nachhaltigkeit dient und der Gast seine Kosten so direkt mit beeinflussen kann.Die Anlage ist geeignet für Paare bzw. Familien, die eine ruhigere Umgebung bevorzugen. Aus diesem Grund gibt es keine Animation oder dergleichen und auch keinen Pool, aber wer braucht einen Pool, wenn der weisse Sandstrand mit türkisem Meer quasi direkt vor der Tür liegt.

Yet another beautiful L'Ea di Lavru apartment ❤️
This was our first stay in apartment number 2 at L'Ea di Lavru. Like all other apartments in the complex it is beautiful. The design is fun and quirky with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs and the kitchen and living room downstairs. The apartment is very large for two people and has 3 separate outdoor terraces, all very private and with spectacular views from the rooftop terrace. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Kitchenware, cutlery, glasses and utensils are plentiful. All in all, apartment 2 is one of our favourites at L'Ea di Lavru.

Sardinien - ein Traum wird wahr - Dankeschön :-)
We found this small holiday complex in a travel guide about Sardinia.
This insider tip for overnight stays in Porto San Polo gave us an absolute holiday feeling. Such a well-kept, beautiful and lovingly designed facility with its apartments - a dream - we would love to come back.

Perfection!
My husband and 9 month old daughter stayed for a week at L'Ea di Lavru- it was a wonderful experience! We stayed in apartment #2 which was great for a small family. Spacious, with 3 terraces- one having an amazing view of Tavolara! It was exceptionally clean (and we are very particular about this), and stylish. Flavio and his wife put their heart and soul into this place and it really shows. The attention to detail is exquisite. We felt so peaceful in this little "village" and it was nice to walk around the gardens and listen to the music that plays in the evenings. Our baby went to bed early so we made dinners at home and the kitchen was well equipped to do so. Do yourself a favour and book L'ea di Lavru asap! Thank you Flavio for such a wonderful holiday, we will be back!

Remettez vous en à Flavio,son propriétaire attentionné qui ne demande qu'à partager son amour et sa connaissance de l'île Sarde. Grâce à lui, vous découvrirez des endroits insoupçonnés, plus beaux les uns que les autres.

Great accommodation and overall conditions!
We had a wonderful stay at L'ea di Lavru. Great accommodation, location, view to the sea. The owner was extremely kind, always available for any question,, and was of great help recommending the places to visit, beaches to explore or restaurants, even helped booking for us when needed. Sardegna is very beautiful and worths exploring.

L'Ea di Lavru ist ein Oase für alle Sinne - Apt 2 bietet viel Platz für alle
Wir kommen immer wieder gerne zu Flavio, der mit Herz und Leidenschaft diese Anlage immer entwickelt. Jedes Appartement ist individuell gestaltet. Highlights sind immer wieder die Lichteffekte, die die einzigartige Atmosphäre und Stimmung von draußen nach drinnen holt.

RESIDENCE DA FAVOLA
Un residence meraviglioso, immerso nella natura, che si integra pienamente in essa, il posto ti da impressione di vivere in una favola. Tutto confortevole e di alto livello, le pulizie perfette , con tanta attenzione per gli interni ma anche per l'ambiente esterno , il giardino ( che ti incanta alla sera con una musica piacevole e rilassante ). Per il panorama, posso dire che non è per niente comune, ma è THE VIEW.......quella vista fantastica, spettacolare, unica, che tutti la desideriamo per i nostri momenti di relax e gioia della vita. Avrei bisogno di tanto tanto tempo per descrivere tutto ciò che colpisce durante la permanenza la, perché ogni giorno si scopre qualcosa di bello. Si sente un'energia vibrante, particolare, che ti nutre , ti ispira, ti rilassa, ti trasforma. Per poter sentire questa, bisogna che soggiornate almeno per una volta a L'ea di Lavru. Buone vacanze!
