He will introduce you to the house and provide all necessary information. Additional tips on local restaurants and other useful information are available inside the house. Please strictly adhere to waste disposal rules. The waste calendar is located in the kitchen and it is always the same every year. The collection is done door to door at specific days.
In any case I’ll always be available by phone should you need any additional help.

Un posto incantevole nel centro di Bosa
Bellissima casa in posizione centralissima e con una splendida terrazza che si affaccia sui tetti di Bosa , molto pulita, nuova ed arredata con gusto ( le finiture sono di alto livello, non con i mobili della nonna come succede spesso da queste parti) . Alessandro è una brava persona ,è simpatico e disponibile e sa mettere a suo agio i suoi ospiti . Abbiamo soggiornato nel corso di Agosto 2021 e se potremo ci torneremo

Bosa, eine supi schöne Altstadt
Tolles Haus in einer klasse Umgebung, die Altstadt von Bosa hat einfach Charme und Charakter. Verwinkelte Straßen, tolle Dachterrassen, wir hatten im August eine tolle Zeit in Bosa.

Vista fantastica su Bosa
Terrazza fantastica con vista sul castello, stanze pulite e fresche, cucina confortevole. Wifi efficiente e posizione centrale e silenziosa. Location perfetta per visitare Bosa

One week just not long enough!
Great building. Well located. Expect lots of steps & bells at 7am but it's all part of the charm of Bosa. Quaint and clean. Bedrooms extremely spacious. Kitchen well suited to our needs. Balcony roomy & cool in the morning. Rent a car & check out Tharros beach, great waterpark up the north of the island but requires a drive. Cumpultitto beach a must just outside Bosa on the road to Alghero and the morning boat trip from just under the bridge is amazing. Great holiday. Not our first time in Bosa but our fourth time to Bosa. In the words of Arnie 'I'll be back'!

Good but could be great
After a frustrating journey trying to find the apartment, as we didn’t know the street was pedestrian only we arrived.
As mentioned the apartment is a 4-story place with steep, uneven stairs that did not bother us but you need to be aware of. The set up of having bathrooms on 3 floors is wonderful and the bedroom floor lovely and cool even once it got hot. Lots of hot water for showers even though the shower stall is small as per usual in Italy.
The living space is small which would be a challenge if there was more than two people using it ie in the cold or wet. The terrace however is large and sunny in the afternoon; the second terrace was not really usable as it is up a steep ladder and was exposed to the wind which was cool while we were there.
There was no oven in the kitchen, which made life a challenge, and it would have been good if there was more information available in the house about the area, internet (we found the device but used our own sim card), rubbish collection and procedures (we only figured this out in the second week). There was some information in Italian and rubbish calendars for 2014 were there but not much help for us. There were books and maps available but it would also have been good if the owner could have left some personal recommendations for food, shopping, coffee etc.
Bosa itself is a lovely town and the tiny cobbled lanes are fabulous (except if you have any walking difficulties. The people are friendly once they have seen you about for a few days and there are many local “characters” about the place. If you are a cat lover and have a few Euro to spare, grab some cat food at the supermarket and find Senora Gatto, the lady who feeds all the stray cats and donate it to her. Her gratitude when we did so was heartfelt.
I recommended Ice Dream café for gelato, coffee and Gluten Free chocolate croissants and don’t miss Essenza restaurant at Bosa Marina. Also if you have a car, make sure to get to Agri Turismo Montiferru near Macomer for Sunday lunch. You will need to ring and book as it is super busy and your GPS is not wrong, it is in the middle of nowhere. No menu but all the food was excellent and very very reasonably priced.
It is a lovely 5-6km loop to run/walk to Bosa Marina from the apartment, with a stop for espresso of course.

Fantastic house in a beautiful old town.
We really enjoyed our holiday in this stone house with lots of steps.
It is comfortable and cool and the roof terrace is a lovely place to sit in the cool breeze looking out over the fabulous old roof tops and down to the river. The town is just a ten minute walk away and has a selection of small shops and a little supermarket selling everything you need.
The local beach at Bosa Marina was busy, but lovely with clear, clean sea and opportunities for all sorts of water sports. We explored other local beaches which were all lovely. We hired canoes on the river and spent a lovely hour paddling upstream.
I would recommend this house for a real taste of Sardinia living in such history.

Super!!
The house is spacious and lies amidst the historical center of Bosa which made us feel like true Italians. The house was tastfully decorated and this gave it a wonderful atmosphere! We had a great time!

Comfortable, clean, spacious, great view.
We stayed a week in May 2012 and had a great time in Bosa. The house is clean and spacious, beds comfortable and you can see the whole city from the terrace and the solarium. The owner has good English and is friendly and helpful. And it was good value too.
