These apartments are in the perfect location - at the far end of the harbour, which is nice and quiet, but within easy reach of all the tavernas and cafes. There's a supermarket 2 minutes away, and the beach is 5 minutes' walk across a little headland. The furnishings and facilities were the best we've ever had in years of self-catering in Greece! Lily, the owner, is very friendly and full of good advice about the resort, and she keeps everything immaculate. She also makes an excellent cheese pie! We had apartment no. 3 on the ground floor, with a large, sheltered terrace with a view towards the harbour. It was perfect for anyone with mobility problems as everything was on the level.

Perfect position.
We arrived at the apartments and Lilly took us to ours. Absolutely super, plenty of room, wonderful views, and Lilly had provided coffee, tea, wine, water and 2 delicious cakes. The apartment was kept immaculate. There were nice restaurants, our favourite being Ofaros. We had a car so we’re able to get around and we had a lovely holiday. Thank you Lilly.

Perfect spot in a picturesque village
We really enjoyed our week here in early May 2016. We were 3 - a couple with a 3 year old. All the communication leading up to the visit was handled perfectly by Aggeliki, the owner's daughter (I think). She was very friendly and helpful in terms of flexibility, all our questions, car rental advice, etc. Once we arrived, Lilli (spelling?) her mother was very accommodating and full of advice - despite her lack of English we managed to understand each other very well.
We would recommend any of the rooms - it's peaceful, at least at the time of year we were there. Beautiful views with breakfast looking out at the sea, and the local village and waterfront are right there for walking and all one's needs for restaurants, etc. The restaurant right in front of Casa Evanti has very good food and service too.
The cafes on the waterfront are great for coffee or drinks, and not even a minute's walk from Casa Evanti.
The local beach, about 3 minutes walk on a paved stone path, is fine for a dip and for the kids to play on (ie not wavy). It's worth taking a short drive to any of the other beaches nearby, including a very secluded one which we had to ourselves at that time of year. The name escapes me - it's not even on Google maps - but it is a short, 2-3km ride out of the village, in the opposite direction of Zeri Beach, which we found just average.
Lovely people, at Casa Evanti and in the local bakery and shops. This is a perfect spot to spend a week or two and explore the West Coast of mainland Greece before heading over to Corfu and Paxos/Antipaxos. Efharisto Lilli and Aggeliki!

Perfect - again
This was our second time to Casa Evanti and again it was faultless. Stayed in Apartment 1 (top floor) this time and the views are even more fabulous than from apartment 3 (ground floor). There are 3 balconies so you can get sun or shade for most of the day. Very comfortable bed, pillows, very well equipt with everything you could need, free wi-fi and spotlessly clean with towels and sheets changed every 2 days. Perfect location. Water pressure not as good as on the ground floor so not as powerful for the shower but perfectly Ok. Lily as sweet and helpful as ever. Highly recommend for quality accomodation in a perfect position in a beautiful village

comfort and space in the heart of Sivota
a 4 apartment building set back in a square at the marina end of the harbour front. The 2 upper apartments are spacious, spotless and well appointed with daybed/sofas for children, shower room/loo with hair drier, plenty of storage and well fitted kitchens which have full size ovens + 4 hobs and tall fridge/freezers. I expect the downstairs are similar but have not stayed in them. Upstairs have air-con & TV and balconies off the each end of the open plan dayroom/kitchen/diner and a balcony off the bedroom. Of note is the decor - not white but peaceful creamy yellow and orange paint and rose sprigged soft furnishings. Bedrooms and open plan areas open out to harbour views across the small square which has a couple of tavernas.
Owner, Lilli lives in and attends to cleaning and fresh linen every 2/3 days. If she can help you with anything, she will. Don't expect silence here, it's in the heart of the village but the worst that's disturbed us is occasional barking and that's far from regular. We love the welcome, the comfort, the proximity to everything and sitting out watching it all going on. We've stayed June and September when prices were very reasonable but I would expect them to vary across the season. You can email for info sivotacasa@yahoo.gr For us, this accommodation is excellent and we will return. We found it originally through a local agent. Can't comment on disabled as unfamiliar with downstairs.
