Having not been in NYC for many years I was surprised to see the many changes in Williamsburg, NY. It has become a very up and coming trendy neighborhood and a great tourist attraction. So, it was wonderful to stay in such attractive neighborhood, with so many restaurants, shops and things to see and do. It was also nice to retreat to such a peaceful and nice apartment with a nice garden to rest in quiet and peace. It was really quiet and clean. It accommodated the three of us (one of them a teenager) comfortably in a futon, a sofa bed and a bed. It has all necessary appliances (coffee maker, microwave, toaster) and a large refrigerator. It has a jacuzzi and access to washer and dryer. The studio remains cool in spite of the heat wave in NYC during those days and it has A/C. We were at walking distance from movie theater, galleries, a large health food store and a very well-stocked supermarket and a few blocks from subway, making it a very easy ride to Manhattan. All hotels in the area are very expensive, but this space is still affordable for such an expensive neighborhood. We are definitely coming back!!!! We did not miss not having a TV, the Wifi was fine and it allowed us more time to sleep and spend time doing other things. Do not miss Domino Park!!!!

If you are looking to spend time in Brooklyn, Daniel’s spot serves as a little oasis in the midst of town. The garden is serene and the historical characteristics of the apartment are truly a one-of-a-kind escapes. Perfect spot for couples or girls getaway weekend.

+++La localisation à NY est idéale. à deux blocs du métro qui nous mène directement à Manhattan. Le quartier est très sympa, plein de restaurants, avec une cuisine de toutes origines. +++ L'accueil de Daniel, très prévenant et agréable (parfaitement polyglotte) Les conditions météo ne nous ont pas permis d'utiliser le jardin (qui aurait mérité un petit nettoyage). - seul point de petite réserve, le logement nous a paru humide ainsi que la salle de bains un peu sommaire. Bilan très largement positif.

Très agréable appartement super bien situé pour profiter pleinement de Williamsburg... À deux pas de tout et à 1 station de Manhattan... Daniel est super accueillant et très dispo ... Il a eu la gentillesse de nous attendre après un 1er vol annulé et un 2nd très tardif... Un super merci à lui...

First, Daniel is amazing! Responded to texts in seconds, provided a guidebook, and takeaway maps of the area, and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. (which was perfect, as we didn't have time to do a ton of research before we arrived.) When we accidentally left a bag in the room, he offered to mail it to us, and also made accommodation for us when we chose to return to the apartment for it. You will be in great hands with this host. About the apartment, the bed and (very) high end pull out were both comfortable. There's plenty of room, particularly compared to a hotel suite, and storage. Also, the décor in the apartment is Brooklyn hip, either Daniel hired a designer, or is as talented as one. So refreshing, styled with wit, and original art. Lastly, for visiting Manhattan and Brooklyn, the location can't be beat. As it was our daughter's first trip to NYC, we spent time in Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, and the Freedom Tower. Travelling in on the L train was a breeze. And it was a pleasure to return to the apartment after Manhattan sightseeing. The area is much more relaxed, and the food scene is currently a global attraction. There are many inventive places, and for the experience, they are a good value. Love the fun, kind and intelligent vibe this apartment (and neighborhood) offers. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

Bellissimo appartamento , arredato con gusto e con un meraviglioso piccolo giardino. La zona é splendida: giovane, briosa, frizzante, ma al contempo tranquilla. Molti negozi vintage, bar, locali, risporanti di tutti i tipi.Si raggiunge Manhattan in un attimo. Il proprietario é molto simpatico e disponibile. Parla molto bene l'italiano. Sempre disponibile in caso di bisogno (abita al piano superiore) ma mai indiscreto oppure invadente. Insomma ...ci ha fatto sentire veramente a casa!! Grande nostalgia!! GRAZIE DI TUTTO :-))

Had a great stay in this lovely place. The home owner is a great, helpful guy, who makes sure everything you need is at hand once you arrive. The bed was comfy, the kitchen is nice and big and there's a bubble bath in the bathroom! A garden this size is unique in this part of NYC, unfortunately it was winter during my stay, but I can imagine it's a great place to have breakfast, a barbecue, or to just sit and plan your sightseeing in the Big apple. I would definitely come back here!

We have been with our two teenager guys for one week in this smart, clean appartment and enjoyed the peaceful garden.The owner is very nice and helpful to all necesarities and questions.app is quit and near the underground station,supermarket,nice restaurants and bars,little shops and music events.a place to come again and to recommand to friends.

I stayed here for two weeks. It turned out to be a great base for our business in the city. The appartment is located in a tranquil street right next to one of the main streets that goes through Williamsburg. The owner is a very nice and friendly guy who's willing to help with anything you need. We could call him at any point if we needed anything. On top of that he showed us around the area, so we knew how to get to the nearest subway, bank and supermarket, which are all only a few blocks away from the place. The home was really clean. The kitchen has lots of pans and utensils and a good stove to cook on. The backyard garden is amazing; really big with a nice terrace and hammocks. All in all we had a great stay here and I'd definitely come and stay again when I am in NYC.
