If you’re looking to leave the day-to-day behind and unwind in a beautiful serene location then I can’t recommend Arinya Lodge highly enough. To have the privilege to be so close to nature was an amazing experience. The peace and quiet, the remarkable views across the valley, and the friendliness of the roos and wallabies on the doorstep made for such an idyllic weekend away. We even saw a koala on one of our walks!
The lodge itself had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay – the wood burner added a wonderful atmosphere once the sun went down.
Archana and Patrick could not have been more welcoming and provided excellent communication and advice both before and during the stay.
Bring your supplies, shut the world away, and enjoy a wonderful experience – don’t hesitate, just book it! We are grateful we came!

Little Peace Of Paradise
Our Romantic weekend away was brought to life with the amazing views from Arinya lodge,the lodge was the perfect destination for a few nights peace and getting back to nature and being one with the outdoors.

Heaven on cloud 9 experience at Arinya!
Arinya was pretty much a Heaven on cloud 9 experience for us. It's a beautiful property with breathtaking views from the deck. We had wonderful times together as a family, an experience we would never forget... having our lunch with such views, surrounded by the kangaroos, wallabies, rosella, makes you feel like you're in touch with nature.
A family of wallabies came and approached us at Arinya, the kids are so fascinated getting close to them, totally a different experience from a zoo.
Both Archana and Patrick are very kind, friendly and helpful. Archana provided us with a very detailed direction getting to the lodge, she even managed to check on us whether we arrive safely on Port Stephens after leaving Arinya. Thank you for doing all the extra miles.
We would definitely love to be back whenever we have the chance in the future, either for another family holiday or just another honeymoon getaway for both of us. Hoping that day would come soon!

Beautiful Arinya- wonderful location with everything you need for a relaxing break.
The view from the spacious deck was second-to-none, as we sat relaxing and watching the sunset colours change over Vacy and the shimmering bush. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed interacting with the kangaroos and observing the incredible goanna when he deigned to wander by. Arinya is wonderful spot for a get-together with old friends or a relaxing break at a location which feels far from everything, but is actually easily accessible.

Had the pleasure of staying in Arinya for a couple of days . The booking process was very smooth with good communication and directions from the lodge owners.The lodge is conveniently located close to Newcastle ( 1hr) , a good quick escape for a quiet relaxing weekend. The views from the lodge are breath taking.The resort has good amenities like swimming pool , tennis courts and plenty of nature walks. Arinya is highly recommended.

Stunning view
We had a wonderful time at the lodge. The view is wonderful along with the peace and quiet. We loved seeing our daily visitors (kangaroos and wallabies).
Lots of lovely walks and the facilities (tennis court/pool etc) were excellent. Definitely would return (maybe winter so we can enjoy the indoor and outdoor fires) and the 4 poster bed was super comfy!

A serene experience!
I visited this place in late May. This cottage is blessed with a scenic view. We enjoyed the sunrise and it was an incredible moment for me. Not to forget about the cutest animal Kangaroos, watching them hopping around with a little baby in their pocket. Wowwww!!
I would like to thank you Archana and Patrick for giving us an opportunity to immerse in the beauty of Hunter Valley.

Great escape with wildlife, views, and lots to do.
Our family of four had wonderful time Arianya lodge, perched on ridge with sweeping valley views and kangaroos, wallabies, kookaburras and Goannas as neighbours.
The lodge is part of community wilderness retreat which includes tennis court, pool, yabbie fishing, bush walks and a cafe, but make sure you come well stocked with food, it’s is a bit of a trek to get supplies!
The lodge itself is well equipped and is perfect for a family of four with kids sharing the loft room. A gas kitchen and bbq are a good size and in good condition and the set up for a camp fire outside is great. But it really is all about the views and wildlife!
Archie was very helpful and provided clear instructions on how everything worked and some good tips on the local area. Highly recommend Arinya to those wanting get away from it all.

Fantastic
Beautiful well appointed cabin with amazing view. Comfortably slept all 5 of us. Lots of kangaroos and wallabies. Kids had a ball. Highly recommend.
