Cannot fault this apartment. Excellent value for money. It was a lovely apartment which was thoughtfully furnished and equipped for a wonderful stay. It was very clean with extra bedding and towels. The views from the balcony were lovely, over looking the pool and the sea, the beach was just a five minute walk away. The owner Alexandro even let us stay until 5pm the day of our flight as it had not been Re booked for that day, which was very kind of him.I would certainly recommend and would definitely book again.Thank you

Great apartment in a fantastic area with sea views
Alejandro was great from first message always replied within minutes,key collection straightforward, apartment is lovely,clean and comfortable, everything you need in room for an easy self catering holiday with beautiful sea views, handy location, very close to all the usual bars restaurants and nightclubs but hear none of it in the evenings, next door fruit and veg shop and little supermarket , larger supermarket 10 min walk away. Siam park water park also 10 minute walk away so no need for taxis whilst staying at Alejandro's, however if you do need to travel bus station close by and we have always found the buses on time and very easy, we get bus from airport only costs 3.70 euros each and bus drops you off opposite Borinquen. Perfect,... in fact it's that good we already booked again for two weeks in June, thank you very much Alejandro

Bell'appartamento, con tutti i comfort, Bellissima vista sul mare, comodo x l spiaggia e vicino a tutti i locali e alla fermata del bus. Consigliatissimo.

Perfect apartment and complex
I stayed for 9 nights in Alexander's apartment and have no complaints. The apartment is perfect with a very comfy bed and fantastic view (amazing sunsets). The shower is powerful and there is an easy to use washing machine. The apartment is very clean and kitchen has all you need. There is not an oven but the microwave is an oven and grill.
Alexander was a great host and was at the apartment to hand over keys and explain how things work. Excellent wifi.
The pool was fantastic. Never too busy. I did not use the restaurant but I did enjoy a reasonably priced cappuccino on the morning.
The location is 10/10. 1 minute from Bus Station and a few minutes from beach, bars & restaurants.
I would absolutely book this apartment again. Thank you Alexander.

"Perfect for the two of us and great value".
Very clean studio apartment with every amenity for cooking cleaning as well as fast Wi-Fi air con TV with ITV C4 as well as many European channels. etc . Nice swimming pool area where there were never too many people has it's own bar for drinks and snacks and was very reasonable. The back gate led to the bus station just across the road for for regular transfers around the Island . Very central for all entermainment and bars as well as Siam Park. The beach area was a few minutes from the front of the building leading to Torviscas and Fanabe to the right or Las Americas into Los Cristianos to the left. Supermarkets restaurants and bars etc are literally on your doorstep. The Calypso bar next door has live entertainment most days at 3 pm which can be enjoyed from the comfort of the pool area but is worth visiting anyway and has a lovely host Shaun who provided us with a huge container of water when we arrived first night and wouldn't take money for it. Also appreciated the key handover where you simply collect it at reception. Never saw one cockroach the whole time . The owner Alejandro is a terrific host to deal with who is at the end of the phone should you need him but leaves you alone to enjoy your holiday.

Für mich der perfekte Platz und studio
Las Americas 100 m zum Strand Bars Restaurants Bus Bahnhof alles greifbar ,Aussicht wunderbar das Studio könnten auch bis zu drei Personen benützenPool alles sauber ,der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wenn es Probleme gibt werden die sofort gelöst. War hier sehr gut aufgehoben .

Lovely, easy & idela for what we wanted
Really enjoyed our stay. We didn't meet the owner but getting the keys to the apartment was super easy (from reception).
Amazing communication throughout & he let us stay until 4pm when we needed to leave for the airport! Very kind.
Cant stress enough how easy & good the experience was, my first time using Holiday lettings.
Location was perfect. View was from balcony was beautiful. Pool area was lovely & photos didn't do it justice. Great value for money.
The door getting into the apartment is tricky but once you figure it out its fine (just stiff & opens when the key is not pushed in fully)
Kitchen is fine for what you need! Washing up liquid etc provided which is very useful.
Lovely complex.
Only downfall was one of the pull out sofa beds was tricky to pull out & very loud if you move in the night.
Thanks for having us!! We would defiantly stay again.

Thank you very much, it was a pleasure for me to have them in my apartment. I felt I did not know them because I was on a trip as I indicated. Regarding the sofa.cama that made noise, tell them that I have replaced it with a double bed. So the aparatamento now has a double bed and a double sofa bed, for the comfort of the guests.

Muchísimas gracias, para mi fue un placer tenerlas en mi apartamento. Sentí no conocerlas pues me encontraba de viaje como les indiqué. Respecto al sofa.cama que hacía ruido, decirles que lo he sustituido por una cama doble. Así que el aparatamento ahora tiene una cama doble y un sofácama doble, para mayor comodidad de los huéspedes.

Lovely, clean apartment with great sea view.
Alejandro was a great host, apartment was really clean and tidy and had all necessary amenities. Also close to several shops, bars, restaurants, cafes etc... Would recommend!

Lovely Little Apartment
We booked last minute with not a lot of choice around. We really weren't sure what to expect. What a lovely surprise! It's a great location. Wonderful views from front door of the mountains and Siam Park. Stunning views from the sunny balcony looking at the sea with amazing sunsets. 10/15 minutes walk to Siam Park and mall. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Yes it's uphill on the way back but it's not steep. 20 minutes gentle walking along the seafront takes you to the heart of Playa. There's a lovely walk in the other direction to Adeje too. The apartment itself is more than adequate for 2 people. Well decorated. Everything we needed. A nice bathroom. We had to stagger showers slightly as there's not tons of hot water but we soon got the hang of that easily enough and it really wasn't a problem. It was nice and quiet. A shade on the balcony for when the sun gets too much. Alejandro the owner was easy to get in touch with and is lovely, as are the staff in the complex. We didn't use the pool as we headed to the beach most days but it looked clean and not too busy. It was fun on the balcony to eat breakfast watching the morning towel on sunbed run. Lots of bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Overall we're so glad we stayed here and I really hope we get to stay again.

Appartamento funzionale, ottima posizione
L'appartamento è veramente funzionale, ordinato, pulito, non manca nulla, spettacolare la vista dalla terrazza la sera al tramonto e al mattino. La posizione è ottima per chi vuole provare varie spiagge in quanto permette di raggiungere a piedi quelle a nord di Playa las Americas e quelle verso Los Cristianos. Nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercati, fruttivendolo, negozi e locali di tutti i tipi. In pochi metri si è direttamente sulla passeggiata. L'appartamento è posizionato proprio dietro la stazione degli autobus da cui si possono raggiungere tutti i luoghi dell'isola con i mezzi pubblici. Nel complesso, a bordo piscina c'è un bar dove è possibile fare colazione. Nel complesso un'ottima esperienza.
