Had a great stay in this lovely apartment, conveniently situated for both The Yumbo Centre and all local amenities. Great to have a choice between two lovely swimming pools. We were met at the airport by the very helpful Ruth and Lee who drove us to the apartment and explained everything we needed to know. The most striking thing on arrival was how clean, tidy and well presented the apartment was and how well equipped it was for our four week stay. We certainly would book this apartment again, and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Very convenient location and comfortable well equipped flat with a great panoramic view of the hills and sea glimpses, perfect for a leisurely breakfast on the verandah! Excellent service from Ruth and Lee who collected us from the airport and made sure we had everything we needed. Top class.

Just arrived back....this lovely little apartment is a real home from home. Clean, cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Added bonus was the washing machine, meant we could do our laundry before coming home.The complex has 2 large pools...never an issue getting sunbeds. Beautiful Greek tavern underneath and a Spar directly opposite. Ruth and Lee were amazing, they look after the apt for Graham the owner. I would definitely recommend staying here

Carino, accoglienti, completo anche di ciò che non ti aspetti, posizione ottimale per la spiaggia è la vita notturna. Ci torneremo di sicuro.

We had a great stay here. The apartment had everything you could ask for. From WIFI to washing machine and everything in between, and secure car parking as well. It is in a great location and central to everything, lots of places to eat and drink close by, or only a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again 10/10.

We have just returned from a very relaxing fortnight in Playa del Ingles, made even better by the great accommodation provided by this flat. It is very well equipped and in a great central location close to all the popular bars and restaurants and not far from the famous dunes and beaches.

Perfect location for our stay.. a few minutes walk from the Yumbo, and a nice stroll down Ave de Tirajana to the Riu Maspalomas where the dunes are. Extremely comfortable new double bed and fast reliable wifi. Secure private parking area at the rear of the block which we used. The blocks have 24 hour security and they are very helpful if required.

Appartement situé à quelques dizaines de mètres du Yumbo Center et donc au cœur de la vie festive de Playa del Ingles . Idéal pour les fêtards qui veulent être là où ça se passe .

we had fantastic holidays in this appartement. I rented the last years many appartments on the Canarian Islands but this one was not only very clean but also the complete one. The right appartement on the right place!

We stayed here for the first time based on recommendation from a friend and it certainly is everything you expect. It's spacious, comfortable and has all the amenities you require for a pleasurable stay. The kitchen is stocked with all cutlery and crockery needed even if you decided to stay in and cook. It's located in a quiet block, very clean and located right where you need to be for a quiet night but convenient for whatever you decide to do in the day. The apartment has enough space for a 2 week holiday, to accommodate your clothes and has a washing machine if you need to use it. Will definitely stay here again.
