The house is beautiful! One of the best parts of our stay was working with San Pancho Rentals. sanpanchorentals.com. They coordinated all of our reservations in advance including recommendations for golf cart rentals, restaurants, airport transportation and even grocery delivery. If you have the chance to work with Antonio you are in good hands.

Beautiful views of sea and jungle
We spent delicious Holidays in this nice house. Ana Lilia is an excelent manager.
The pool quite big, enough to swim well.
We only apreciate some more funs in living room close to the kitchen in summer months.
Linens, towels and kitchen issues are more than well and satisfactory provided.
We will be glad to return with so generous owners.

Another spectacular stay!
This was our 2nd stay at Casa las Piedres and it was such a relaxing and easy stay. It is the perfect place to unwind and we only wish we could stay longer. The infinity pool with a view is fabulous! The beach and plenty of excellent restaurants are very close by. The home offers everything a family needs to feel right at home. There are even sand toys/pool toys and games for the entire family! The property manager, Ana, and grounds keeper, Alessandro, provided excellent service and were always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful home and town
The location of the home was great however I recommend reserving a golf cart at the same time as the lodging reservation. Its a 10-15 minute walk to the town and public beach. The house was wonderful and amenities in the home were great! It had a/c and a nice pool to keep us cool.

Perfection!
We stayed at Casa Las Piedras this past week and it was absolute perfection. The location, the views, the beautiful decor and architecture of the home are all first class. The staff (Allison, Ana and Alejandro) are professional and gracious. Life doesn't get much better than hanging out on the terrazza and in the pool watching the beach and jungle scenery all around us.

Another Perfect Stay
This was our 3rd stay at Casa las Piedras and just like the 2 times before it was a great vacation. The casa continues to amaze and the house staff (Ana and Alejandro) and San Pancho Rentals (Allison) are always a joy to be around and to work with. San Pancho is a beautiful town and we look forward to returning again next year!

10+ Stars...Absolutely Amazing
Pictures does not do this place justice. It is an absolutely breath-taking property.
The location is a little far from the main city, but well worth the effort of renting a car. The views are beyond this world. The property itself offers everything you could ask for and more. 10+ stars!

Beautiful, luxurious, peaceful villa within walking distance to town and beach
I recently had the opportunity to spend a great vacation with my girlfriend and some friends in San Pancho and was very happy we chose to stay at Casa Las Piedras. The list of positives is very big so I'll just rattle them off here in the interest of brevity: the infinity pool was well-maintained and kept at a comfortable temperature, the housekeeping staff was friendly and did a fantastic job keeping the place very clean, all of the furnishings and amenities are modern, the rooms are spacious, the air conditioners and ceiling fans were more than adequate at cooling down the rooms even on hot sunny days, there is ample seating inside and out that could accommodate a large party, there are plenty of bath and beach towels provided, the purified water system was reassuring to have, etc etc. The villa had more to offer than we could even take advantage of during our stay.
There are only a few things that could be considered potential downsides, depending on who you are. The villa is situated on a cobblestone street that isn't the most comfortable to walk on with sandals and probably impossible in high heels - sneakers are fine. This makes the walk to town a little rougher. The town isn't extremely close, but is still within a reasonable walking distance. The shower outside the master bedroom of the villa is literally outside - the wall comes up to about chest-level and is open to the outside scenery above that. I thought this was a nice touch, but my girlfriend felt a little strange showering there so she used the indoor shower in the other bathroom. But the villa is high enough above ground such that there is no need to worry about privacy in the shower.
That said, I really don't have any complaints about this place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in San Pancho (which itself is also a great destination but that's a whole other review). It is really as beautiful as the pictures make it seem.

Paradise!!!
As amazing as Casa La Piedras looks in the pictures, it's even better in person. A beautiful open layout, updated everything, huge infinity pool overlooking the ocean and picture perfect sunsets every night. About a 15 minute walk to the center of town, and if you don't want to walk, there's always a taxi in town to take you back, or just call Diva tours and they will pick you up at the house to take you to dinner for a few pesos.
Ana, Alejandro , the Mgmt company (Nathaniel) and owners are great people to work with and make booking/getting there/checking in/everything a breeze, and are easily available for anything you need during your stay.
San Pancho is also a beautiful little town. Great beach, amazing restaurants from 40 peso dinners to 400 peso dinners, whatever you're in the mood for.
This was our 7th year traveling to Mexico for our January vacation, and it was our favorite yet, both house and town, and we've already pretty much decided that our next trip will be back to San Pancho and Casa La Piedras!!!

Un paraiso y mucha comodidad
Hemos estados alojados en dos ocasiones en esta casa, y es un hogar hermoso, no solo por el lugar donde se encuentra, un paraiso; las vistas hacia el mar, son un deleite a todas horas, la casa esta perfectamente bien hecha, con muchos detalles y rincones lindisimos, el servicio por parte de Ana la chica que ayuda es excelente, asi como su hermano el jardinero dos personas que hacen de la estancia que te sientas como si fuera tu propia casa. Volveremos cuantas veces nos lo permitan, recomendado 100% si tienes pensado descansar
