Nestled in the botanical haven of Villa Tres Amores, Casa Julia is one of three cozy, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, two-story homes, within an eight minute walk through the charming village of San Pancho to the much sought-after Riviera Nayarit beach. Casa Julia consists of 900 plus square feet of air conditioned living space (although the overhead fans are always available to move natural air during the winter when air conditioning is rarely needed). The ground level has an open-concept full kitchen and living area, with an adjacent bathroom that boasts a classically Mexican tiled sink and shower. Upstairs, the second floor hosts two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom contains both a queen bed and a bunk bed and the other bedroom a king. Best place in San Pancho!
The casita is clean, spacious, and fun!
The town also has many activities that are entertaining and enjoyable.

Great 10 day break
We actually split our 10 day stay between Casa Julia and Siggy as we booked very late and Allison at San Pancho rentals was able to juggle things so we could stay in the same location - the houses are separate but in a beautiful gated compound with a full Weber barbecue and great little pool, and gardens. Houses are very nice and comfortable. Highly recommend, especially for the price and convenience to the main town yet the feeling of serenity and quiet in the houses and yard. There was music one friday evening from a restaurant on the main street that was a bit loud but really no problem (over by midnight or so, should have joined the party).

Quiet, lovely gem minutes from the beach
My kids and I stayed in Casa Julia for two and a half weeks this summer. It was a lovely getaway for working remotely. The kids spent gobs of time in the pool and we enjoyed the easy access to the main strip, the beach, and to the EntreAmigos community center summer camp. The groundskeeper was very attentive and addressed our needs immediately.
