This detached cottage is situated in the village of Filey, near Scarborough, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Sunrise is a delightful detached cottage located in the heart of Filey, North Yorkshire. Hosting two bedrooms; a double with a Juliet balcony, and a twin room, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, and an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with woodburning stove. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, and an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with woodburner. Resting in a wonderful location with much to explore in and around the area, Sunrise is a tasteful retreat in a memorable part of England.

WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING BOOKING SUNRISE
Disgraceful treatment by sunrise peoperty owner. Booked this property for 18th August 2023 for 7 nights. Due to my wife having a severe accident I had to cancel the holiday. Sykes tell me there's nothing they can do regarding any type of refund. The owner has refused partial refund or even a good will gesture. Within 48 hours of cancellation sunrise was rebooked for 4 nights. Sunrise owner has made a huge profit at my expense. Will definitely warn others of this treatment by the owner.

Recently stayed in Sunrise holiday cottage which has undergone a superb refurbishment to the highest standard and comes with a full renovation history certainly worthy of the 'Grand Design' award. Highly recommended we have already booked again in fact want to live there!!
