1 king size bedroom with en-suite wet room, 1 double/twin bedroom with en-suite shower/bath room. The lounge area includes a comfortable sofa bed for extra guests. Ample space for families or couples ,luxury furnishings, towels and bedding provided, beds made up for your arrival. Highchair and travel cot (please bring your own cot bedding).

Highly recommend, beautiful and cosy.
This lovely chalet style house has everything you need and more. We only needed our clothes. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were lovely and comfy. The log burner was a perfect touch in January and made it even more cosy. There were games left there for us to play and the pool is a few minutes walk away, as is the beach and pub/restaurant.
The Bay itself is a lovely area
A short walk down to the beach make the perfect location. We loved Lorenzo's the on site italian and the pub is great, especially because we could take the dog in.
We'll be going again!

Perfect seaside retreat !
Had a lovely weekend away here at The Bay, Filey. A few miles away from Filey village, but next to the sea which is the most important thing! The beach house itself is perfect. The owners have thought of everything! It is comfortable, clean, modern and tastefully decorated. It is quite a steep climb back from the beach so those with mobility problems might need to consider this. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Great Time!
Stayed here for a weekend in early Jan.
It is in a lovely setting, minutes from the beach!
There were 4 of us girls there to celebrate a friends birthday. And it was perfect.
The beach house is beautiful. Perfectly decorated with a lovely homely feel.
And all mod cons!
I slept on the sofa bed in the lounge area which was really cosy and comfortable.
Booking was a smooth process and good communication with the owners.
Highly recommend and will visit again.

Paradise Found!!!
What a delightful place! Absolutely everything you could ever need is in this wonderful beach house. It was clean, warm & comfortable
.
Great to have Wifi, Netflix, and the lovely Log burner on a chilly evening.
The facilities at The Bay are great too. Nice Pub & Restaurant.
We will definitely stay again!

Lovely peaceful break
Had a great weekend - invigorating brisk and cold walks on the beach then snug and warm in front of the telly with the log fire burning.
Everything you could think of is provided in the beach house. Nice and clean too.
Local pub nearby serves lovely food.
Everyone nice and friendly. Would well recommend. Definitely come again. It's much better booking like this direct with beach house owner rather than going through the main site - it's a much more friendly personable way of doing things - you know what you are getting and where you will be located - these owners really care for their customers.

Amazing beach house in great location for exploring the Yorkshire coast
Beautiful decorated, spotlessly clean, warm & comfortable home with everything you could possibly need provided for you by the owners. We had a fantastic 3 day stay here and would love to return. I did have some reservations about The Bay after reading some negative reviews but these were completely unfounded; the site was quiet & well maintained. Our only regret was that we hadn't booked to stay longer!

What an absolute gem! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back for a repeat visit. My husband wasn't overjoyed at the prospect of a holiday park, but was blown away by how impressive this place is. The pub is pretty good too! Beach 10-15 minute walk, no problem for us. Another 30 mins walk to Filey. Indoor pool was great at it rained one afternoon but we had something to do. The owners of this property have thought of everything, I took loads of things I didn't actually need as it was already there, especially things for a toddler. We will definitely be back as this is somewhere we can just pack a bag and go to without the huge upheaval of packing everything but the kitchen sink. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Filey is lovely but the bay is VERY quiet
Nice stay more home comforts than enough immaculate accommodation

Paradise was found!!
Wow this beach house is amazing I can't recommend it enough. It was our first time staying at 'The Bay' and the beach style lodges are lovely. The Bay itself I found a little unusual for a holiday park it was more like a new build housing estate the The Bay is spotlessly clean and quiet, great if you want to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet. We stayed with our 2 dogs. The owners provided everything imaginable (I mean everything) and the property was spotlessly clean, the decor was beach house themed throughout, There are quite a few properties the same in close proximity but I very much doubt they'd be at the standard of this one from the fixtures, fittings & furniture to the personal touches from the owners this property is of a very high standard. There is a pub serving food onsite and an Italian restaurant which is a nice touch if you don't want to travel far. We ordered a Chinese takeaway which we got delivered to the property and a pizza one night both meals we couldn't fault. The property offers free wi-fi and Netflix, we did worry that the property wasn't enclosed and our dogs being huskies have to be kept on the lead but as I stated the owners provided allsorts and a long lead was attached to the wooden pole outside so the dogs could still go outside and we didn't have to keep a hold of the lead. The beach was about a 10 minute walk away and the bank is quite steep so not so good if your not very mobile, Filey beach was such a lovely beach and dog friendly so the location of the property was great. There aren't many properties that we would return to as we prefer to try new places and being holiday home owners ourselves we are very picky as we ourselves set high standards but I have to say if the owners would have us back we'd love to return and for longer next time, thank you so much for welcoming us into your holiday home We appreciate all the hard work and efforts you have to put in, you truly have done a fab job 😊

Fantastic holiday
Fantastic 5 days spent at Paradise Found. Weather was great. Local pub very handy and food very good.
Paradise Found was very comfortable,everything you could ask for and more to the highest standard.
