This place is great, Martin was so helpful right throughout the booking and even when we arrived. Pics don't do this place justice and is a must for anyone going. Been to Sunny beach a number of times and this has to be one of the best places I have stayed

My two teenage daughters and myself spent two weeks here.The apartment was great the rooms were all very spacious two balconies and a pool which is not overcrowded. only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Sunny Beach or to the beach itself. Buses running every 15 minutes to Nessabar which makes a nice day or evening out the cost is 1.3 lev about 60p per person. To find a 3 bedroom apartment was difficult so when I came across this one at an affordable price I was more than happy. The owner was easy to contact and very accommodating he arranged my airport transfers and I was lucky to meet him during my second week. All in all it was a very nice apartment with an owner who wanted to make my stay enjoyable I highly recommend this apartment to any family.

On arrival apartment is huge, very airy and spacious. Nice big rooms and living area great. Location to shops and main Sunny beach area is 2 streets away. Owners communication from start to finish was great very helpful, he even arranged for a local taxi at the airport to take us to apartment which was 50 lev for 5 people and only took 20 mins. Apartment is on top floor and no lift unfortunately which for us at our age wasn’t a prob, maybe for some guests. Enjoyed it very much and would stay here again. Regards Elly

Myself and two friends booked this apartment in Sunny Beach and returned 2 weeks ago and it is everything and more than the pictures show. It is in a great location...near to the beach and only a short walk away from the nightlife but far enough away for peace also. The apartment is massive and we each had a fantastic room and the two balconies were an added bonus ...one had the sun in the morning and on our return late afternoon the sun was on the back balcony. The flat was equipped with everything you could ever need. The owner Martin was in Sunny Beach at that time and met us at the apartment, he was great and showed us all the interesting places to go and was so helpful. We will be booking this apartment again as it was amazing and we have also passed on details to friends and family. Sunny beach is also a great place and with beer at the equivalent of 70p a pint and eating out was so cheap it could not have been a better holiday. Would recommend this apartment 100%...you will not be disappointed.

The apartment is great. Spacious and fully equipped. Close to the beach, only 5-10 mins walk. Bakery just round the corner and the local supermarket just across the street. Bus stops right outside if you want to go to places like Nessebar. Very close to the main strip with all great restaurants and entertainment. Excellent!

Das Apartment war größer als auf den Fotos abgebildet, sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Es befindet sich im Zentrum des sonnenstrandes, jedoch in ruhiger Lage ohne Lärmbelästigung! Der Gastgeber ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder....

Un fantastico appartamento in cui ho soggiornato per ben 10 giorni con i miei amici. L'appartamento si trova a sunny beach, 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e 1 minuto a piedi dalla stazione dei bus. Supermercati, ristoranti e bar vicinissimi. Tre grandi camere da letto, di cui due con aria condizionata. Una delle camere ha anche il bagno. Un bellissimo living room con aria condizionata con un grande divano e poltrone. Un terrazzo dove poter pranzare e cenare. Un appartamento stupendo che consiglio a chiunque. Nessun difetto trovato Martin, il proprietario, molto gentile a cui rivolgo un gran ringraziamento.

This is a fantastic three bedroom apartment which is located in the heart of Sunny Beach resort. It is approximately 5-10 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes walk from the main entertainment area and is surrounded by shops (including a fairly large supermarket), bars and restaurants. It is situated in a fairly quiet area, although, when there is some noise from neighbouring hotels etc, the apartment is so well sound proofed that we didn't hear anything. The apartment is on the third floor (top floor) and there is no lift so it may be unsuitable for disabled, elderly etc. The apartment block always had security stationed at the gates. Living/Kitchen Area: The living area contains a large corner sofa, coffee table and a large modern flat screen TV with a DVD player. There is also a good range of DVDs and books available. The kitchen area consists of a fully fitted kitchen with 4 ring hob, oven/grill, large fridge with icebox, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster, all of which are in full working order. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, glasses, cutlery and utensils, pretty much everything you'll need while cooking. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs and whole area is air conditioned. Bedrooms: There is one double, en suite bedroom and two double bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have proper, comfortable mattresses on the beds and plenty of storage. Two of the bedrooms are fully air conditioned and one contains a dressing table and mirror. Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms in the apartment, a main bathroom and an en suite bathroom. The main bathroom contains, shower, toilet and wash hand basin and the en suite bathroom contains a bath with shower, toilet, bidet and wash hand basin. Balconies: There are two large balconies. The front balcony is situated off the main living/kitchen area and contains a wicker table with two chairs, small clothes line, a clothes airer and has two awnings which can cover the whole balcony. The back balcony is situated off two of the bedrooms and contains two sun loungers. There is a beautiful shared swimming pool at the back of the apartment block with some sun loungers. There is an adult pool up to a depth about 1.6m but there is no shallow end as such however, there is a small kids pool with a slide. There is also a small play park with climbing frame and swings. All in all, this is extremely spacious, clean, beautiful apartment which contains everything you might need from utensils to clothes pegs. We will almost certainly be coming back to stay next year and will be recommending it to family and friends. Sunny Beach is a beautiful and lively resort which has something for everyone and we have been holidaying here for the past 8 years. The locals and staff are always very friendly and helpful. There are a wide variety of restaurants which serve many different cuisines (including Bulgarian, British, Italian, Mexican etc.) Food and drink is very cheap, with an average pint of Bulgarian beer costing between 40p-80p and an average meal for 4 adults including a bottle of wine and two pints of beer costs between £30-£35 in total. There are dance clubs for younger people and other quieter bars some with music acts, bingo, games etc. There is a beautiful, big beach with sun loungers and umbrellas for hire and there are boats, jet skis etc for hire. There is also an Aquapark and Karting,

Je recommande vivement cette location. Très belle appartement, très spacieux, très bien situé en face de la plage. Proche des commerces. J'ai passé d'excellentes vacances avec mes amis et nous reviendrons ! Très bien placé et surtout Propriétaire très sympa !
