Taxes élevé et caution injustifiée
On nous a demandé une taxe de 18 dollars par jours et selon la saison c’est 33 dollars par jours
De plus on nous a pris une caution de 200 euro qui n’a pas à était précisé
Les 18 dollars par jours aurait dû être mentionné lors de la réservation et non pas dans un petit texte dans l’annonce ce n’est pas professionnel
Le personnel à la réception highlander n’a rien voulu savoir lorsqu’on lui a dit que la taxe était élevé par rapport à ce qu’on a vu sur l’annonce il n’a rien voulu savoir
Au final on aurait pu avoir un logement près de la plage au même prix alors que là c’est loin de la plage
Le propriétaire nous a répondu mais sans répondre à nos question concernant la taxe
Je déconseille !!!!

Accommodating, quiet, and relaxing
Ground floor room pool side. Perfect! The room was spacious: 2 bathrooms, a bedroom, a living room/ and kitchen. Everything worked well including the AC and WiFi, and everything was clean and well kept. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping the entire room neat and tidy. The covered patio was pool side and got afternoon shade. With the pool bar steps away, the excellent cocktails were a great price. While there are wonderful restaurants all over Aruba. The on site restaurant had fine food and cocktails and was perfect for a night in. The staff at the front desk was friendly, kind, and helpful, and the shuttle to the beach was super convenient. The weather was perfect for the 5 days I visited, and I can't wait to go back!

Very Pleased
We arrived in May. We rented 4 separate units. 1 one bedroom and 3 2 bedrooms. It was 44 of us in total that came to Aruba for a Wedding Vowel renewal. It was a total of 17 of us that stayed at the psalms. The other stayed at high end resorts the Phoenix golf and the other Phoenix but they paid up the wausau.. We absolutely loved our place 2 beautiful pools a balcony, two king size beds 2 very roomy bathrooms and a kitchenette in the second bedroom. A full kitchen off the living room in the main part. Very clean and we had maid service everyday. We were not on the main strip which we loved. I will definitely stay here again and again!!!! The price was soooo reasonably.

Fantastic
We really had a great time,the accommodations were perfect for my wife and l ,comfortable bed ,great air conditioning,nice kitchen,2 bathrooms.
We will be back.

disappointed
We had requested a unit away from the noisy road that we had during our last stay. We requested in writing and by phone several times. They assured us we would have a garden unit away from the road. On arrival we were place in a unit with 8 ft wall separating our patio from the noisy road. The garden consists of wall to wall gravel. Not a flower in sight. We requested a change but were denied it. Very disappointed. Our the resort has major construction in progress, with all activity areas closed. they did not inform us of this.

Luxury villa? Far from. Low quality establishment very far from any quality beach. Renovations on the pool plus restaurant create hot and hungry guests. Very good sized rooms though!

Tolle Anlage mit nettem Personal wo man sich sehr wohl fühlt, wie bereits 2015
Wir sagten bereits in der Rezension von 2015 dass wir wieder kommen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Buchung bei David über Tripadvisor war unschlagbar. David hat auch relativ schnell auf Änderungen unsererseits reagiert und alles gemanaged. Wir waren diesmal in BlockF im nördlichen Teil, da im südlichen Bereich der Pool erneuert wird, was uns allerdings nicht beeinträchtigt hat. Dafür kommt bald ein neuer Pool mit Poolbar. Diese Wohnungen sind renoviert und haben neue Geräte, neue Ausstattung, neues Geschirr. Es sind Details wie große Kaffeetassen oder Teller die alles perfekt machen, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Betten und Kissen sind nach wie vor hervorragend, wichtig für eine totale Erholung. Die ganze Anlage ist super sauber, in der letzten Ecke wird gefegt was von den Palmen so runter fällt. Sämtliches Personal ist extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich, ein Ausfall des Lichts im Bad wurde innerhalb von 10 min behoben. Das ist ein sehr gut geführtes Haus das im Übrigen 2017 sein 30-jähriges Jubiläum feiert. Am 31. August schloss das Peppers, das wir etwas vermisst haben, aber in der Umgebung gibts genug und ein Nachfolger wird gerade gesucht. Ein Auto ist hier zu empfehlen. Es gibt weiter kostenlos Liegen an dem Pelican Pier und am Moomba Beach, wenn man da etwas bestellt. Der Pelican Pier war unser Favorit wegen der leckeren Fischfingers tagsüber, den Cocktails für 5$ zur HappyHour zwischen 16-18 Uhr und nicht zuletzt wegen einem Abendessen mit garantierten Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse. Mit der Karte für die kostenlosen Liegen bekommt man im Restaurant 10% Rabatt, also immer vorzeigen. Den Rest entnehmen Sie meiner älteren Rezension, diese trifft immer noch voll und ganz zu. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen, ins Caribbean Palm Village, über David und wieder berichten!

Great stay
Stayed here with my family for 5 days. The villa is beautiful, well maintained, clean, and quite large with spacious rooms, two pools, and two jacuzzis. I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly, the restaurant (sweet peppers) had delicious food. The pool was nice, but would have been nice it was cleaned twice a a day, as there are bugs, flowers, leaves that fall in. Not a deal breaker though. It is 20 mins away from the beach area, good to stay at if you're planning to get a rental car.
