The villa malou is at a walkable distance to main Seminyak area and the villa had most of the basic amenities. The best part of the stay was their staff Hendro and Hendra. They both looked after us very well and also helped us with basic grocery shopping. Recommended to stay with family or even with friends. Things that didn’t work or could be better 1. The fans in the living area. They hardly work and needed replacement. 2. Toilet had sewage smell and the wash basin didn’t work, but the staff fixed it temporarily. However, I think they should replace them.

We are a group of 7 who thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Malou during the week. Service from dynamic duo Hendra and Hendro was fantastic and we couldn’t ask for better. They were helping with daily housekeeping and also helped in small errands. We had fresh towels daily. They deserve a 5 star by themselves. The villa location was nice, in that it was near to the Main Street, but still a couple of minutes away via a small street that it was quiet. It was also a 10-15 min walk from the beach, where we had access to the various water sports and awesome surf. Maybe a strong 4.5/10 The internals of the villa were slightly run down. If we had to give feedback, it would be having better ceiling fans (maybe larger blades?) so that the living areas were more comfortable, and the aircon to be serviced. One of the rooms was set at perpetual 16 degree Celsius. Another room had a slightly noisy aircon system. And the kitchen utensils (spatulas, knives) could definitely be renewed. The fridge was new and perfect. Oven was not working though. The cooking hob was not working well but Hendra/Hendro got the folks to fix it. These are all easily fixable. We would say 3.8/10. The pool was perfect and we appreciated the large table that could seat all of us during meal times. The outside table was also used much for games and enjoying a cuppa. We did not use the TV and the sofa. So no inputs on that. All in all, if the kitchen, aircon were sorted out, this would rate 5/5. Would recommend Vill Malou very highly!

The Villa was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. Everything was great at this villa and amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. His name Hendra with Great attitude. Helpful, and always available. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The vintage aesthetics were awesome. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Wish we weren’t just passing through! Would definitely stay there again

Such a great villa for family or friends because there are 4rooms here. And it’s located in strategic area in Seminyak. And especially bli Hendra who cleans the villa every morning! Will stay here again someday🤩

Sangat puas dan nyaman nginap disini, trs pelayanan yg bagus dari buttler (Hendra). Jadi pengen balik nginep lagi deh...
