This is a lovely property located in the Upper Westside of Manhattan, with a garden that can be used during the daytime. It has a private entrance. The location is 1 block from the Express Subway, 3 blocks from Central Park, and 1 block from Riverside Park. It is very clean and tidy at all times, with new furniture and finishing. It's a great space for a large group to stay comfortably while visiting Manhattan. No parties allowed. You must be 23 years or older to rent, and no more than the registered number of guests are allowed in the apartment at any point in time without prior written consent. We can accommodate early check-in or late check-out.
