This place was the perfect base to explore North Conway and surrounding areas. 1 hour from Franconia Ridge loop trail the best hike in the New England area. The house was as expected and only very small minor things to complain about ( 1 ply toilet paper, only 1 trash bag, hot water runs out quick). Would absolutely stay here again if I was ever in the area.

Perfect place to stay when visiting NH!
My family and I loved staying here on our NH vacation. Perfect size for all of us. Beautiful views and a nice yard in the back. I would highly recommend staying here. Also great communication with the owner. Thank you Donna! We'll be back in the future.

Nice but but some basic needs attention
We enjoyed our stay and found it very convenient location. The setting and view of the mountains from the patio and deck was beautiful. Living room lacked air conditioning but was fairly comfortable with use of fans.
What lacked some basic kitchen needs including some decent silver ware. Some of the coffe mugs were chipped and miss match of wine glasses. There was only one cloth kitchen towel and no sponges for dish washing.
One of the bath rooms had no hand washing soap and no facial tissues.
Incidentally the sliding glass door in living room could not be opened due to bent track and getting in and out to patio through side door was cumbersome as it could not be opened completely because of sofa placement.
Having said that it is a desirable place to rent and just needs fairly inexpensive basic convenience.
I will no hesitation in rentin this place again. In fact I had enquirer rental around end of December for one week but was already booked for three days during the dates we wanted.
I called Donna yesterday but had not heard from her.
I hope my comments will come as constructive suggestions and not any other way.

Spacious and it had everything we needed to have an enjoyable time.
This was the perfect location for us. We were very near to N. Conway for dinner and not too far from Crawford Notch so we could do some hiking and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. We enjoyed an early morning walk in the adjoining fields and forest. It was a gathering for my birthday and we had a super time. Thanks.

UP DATE
Basically the place was okay but it was cluttered. Too many chairs in the living room. A dinning room table and chairs would be better than benches. Should be advertised as Bath and a half not two bath rooms. Could be repainted and updated. On the plus side it's in a good location and quiet, nice view of the mountains, close to N Conway, hiking and other activities. Price was ok. I offer these comment as suggestions to improve rental appeal. June

Perfect place for me and my family.
The location was great. The condo was very comfortable and clean. Linens and towels were provided and a good accommodation. The cooking pans were not in such great shape but we made due. There were many attractions and things to do and see within just a 10 to 20 minute ride. We all enjoyed it very much.

Great location for valley adventures!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. The location is perfect, just beyond North Conway center, less then 2 miles to Saco, cathedral ledge and Diana's Baths. It's about 5 miles from Storyland if you have have young children. We are avid runners; the condo offered many options to take off for our morning run and the cyclists in adjoining condos equally enjoyed their route options. The condo was perfect size for our family of 6, included 1.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and washer/dryer. A/c in all the bedrooms offers good relief from heat. Kitchen was functional. We stocked up on groceries and had plenty of fridge space to accommodate. There's even a keurig if you need your coffee fix in the morning. The condo is next to train tracks but you only hear it roll by around noon and a couple times in the afternoon, never heard it after dark. For those of you seeking modern decor, you may want to keep looking. Anyone interested in a highly convenient, reasonably priced home base for your adventures, this will do the trick. We will be back!

The owner has the place stocked with everything you will need. You are close to all that North Conway area has to offer.

Great trip
This was a great spot. Views were beautiful. Centrally located. We had everything we needed. I am ready to reserve it again for the summer.

Perfect locationfor walkers & hikers!
We went up North as a group of long time girlfriends a.k.a. seniors! This place was great. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were very nice. The living room was spacious. The views from this condo into open fields, mountains and trails are fabulous! Donna is nice to deal with too. The location is very close to No. Conway. I would definitely go back to this condo again.
