GENERAL: washer & dryer, towels, linens, basic toiletries, ceiling fans, extra fridge in basement game room kitchen PARKING: Free in driveway, 1 garage spot can be used, parking for up to 8 vehicles additional PETS: $350 per pet/per stay Each room has a ceiling fan which keeps everything cool, especially with the amazing house breezes! We offer half day charges for afternoon check-outs and early morning check-ins, just ask! For groups larger then 18+ people, we allow it on case-to-case basis at an additional minimum charge of $1500.00. Groups 25+ $3000 added charge WEDDINGS** -We have a minimum $6,500 charge added to the stay -We have tables and chairs for up to 40 people but can provide additional at a charge -Champagne flutes provided -Rental companies can be provided upon request -Rental insurance must be provided by guests, cost varies $50-$200 depending who you go with EVENTS** Minimum charge of $2000.00 additional to stay *************************************************** COVID-19 Updates: - The property is available for booking! Through Airbnb or Zillow for long term - Come quarantine here! With 2 fridges you won’t need to leave if you don’t want to! - We are observing Airbnb's Enhanced Cleaning Protocol to keep our guests as safe possible! -If the state shuts down just bring your own groceries and you are good to go on this serene & private property! WEATHER: Please note that we do not have control over weather conditions: tropical storms, winter storms, rain storms, wind storms, etc. When there is a power outage we can provide free wood so you can have heat in the home but there is not a generator at this home. Although it happens maybe once a year we like to give notice.
