The payee must sign the Rental agreement at time of booking, be present at checkin and provide ID license matching the payee's names on the credit card.
Minors age below 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area.
No bachelor or spring brake parties.
Unregistered guest(s) can't reside overnight in the property
Smoking allowed only in outdoor areas.
The area mostly consists of housing subdivisions, with strip malls lining the large boulevards that connect suburban Las Vegas to the Strip.
The Spring Valley Community and Desert Breeze parks are within walking distance form the property.
Spring Valley is the home of tennis players Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf, as well as former Sacramento Kings owners George and Gavin Maloof. The Sultan of Brunei used to keep a residence there, and Carrot Top has his Las Vegas residence in the area. Blogger and reality TV personality J.Son Dinant resides in Spring Valley.
