Nous sommes passés de 2020 à 2021 au petit domeynes! Magnifique logement indépendant au sein d'une restauration réalisée par les hôtes. Tout confort, aménagement de charme. Étant en décembre et avec des flocons ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cheminée et les planchers chauffants ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec des super échanges avec Marlène er Jacques. Merci Nous reviendrons !

We had a lovely week in Meynes! Le Petit DoMeynes is elegant, comfortable, and a very convenient base for exploring Provence. One day we took the TVG high speed train from Avignon to Marseille. We had several hours to explore the old port area and the museum MUCEM, the fort it is located at, and the Panier District. We had a wonderful lunch and later a Guinness at an Irish Bar then boarded the train back to Avignon. We were home in time to cook a nice dinner. Another day we visited Pont du Gard, walking the beautiful grounds and exploring the wonderful museum about the Roman aqueduct and extensive water system before going upriver and renting a kayak for a two hour float down river and under the fabulous bridge! It is only about 15 minutes from the apartment! Another day saw us visiting the horses, bulls, and flamingos of the Camargue with lunch at Pica Pica (recommendation of the owners of Collias Canoes who provided us with a kayak the day before). We also dedicated a day to Arles, only 30 minutes away, and had fun retracing the steps of Vincent Van Gogh! All this was in addition to the several day festival in Meynes that involved the running of bulls in the streets right below our windows! I cannot stress adequately what a pleasure it is to stay at Le Petit DoMeynes. The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot, the kitchen is well equipped, and the floors are heated! We ate in almost every night and it was a pleasure to be there. Marlene and Jacques are great hosts. “Always there when you need them and never when you don’t!” We certainly hope to return because there is so much within reach and one week was not enough!

Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Idyllische Terrasse, moderne Ausstattung mit Stil. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Gastfreundschaft von Marlene und Jaques war bemerkenswert. Sehr sympathische Gastgeber, die auch gut bei Ausflugszielen beraten haben. Keine Frage, wir kommen wieder! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt. Andrea und Peter

Amoureux de vieilles pierres, allez y, vous allez en avoir plein les yeux ! Nous cherchions un endroit calme et joli, nous avons eu les 2 en 1. Un très bel endroit équipé comme à la maison, très cosy, proche de tellement de jolies balades que 2 semaines ne suffisent pas à tout voir. c'est pour ça qu'il faut y retourner... Jacques et Marlène, absents à notre arrivée (eh oui, eux aussi ont droit à des vacances) ont été représentés par Yuka et Kayu qui nous ont offert le meilleur accueil et ont assuré jusqu'au retour des charmants propriétaires. La terrasse testée à toutes les heures de la journée est aussi agréable quelque soit le moment. En un mot, ce lieu est GENIAL!

Vieilles pierres avec un intérieur à la fois rustique et contemporain, du beau mobilier , très fonctionnel où il ne manque absolument rien (accessoires, appareils ménagers ,climatisation, multimédias). Accueil très sympathique avec Marlène venue nous chercher en moto le jour de notre arrivée ( week- end de fête votive ). Soucieuse du petit détail pour notre confort , petit déjeuner offert pour notre 1er matin . Il y fait bon se reposer par le bel espace de l'ensemble de la maison terrasse comprise . Bien située à quelques pas du pont du Gard et des baignades . Nous reviendrons sans hésitation

Un cadre et un appartement absolument fantastique. Une superbe terrasse ombragée, Un accueil extrêmement sympathique,les propriétaires sont des gens charmants et serviables, des équipements idéaux (machine à laver, sèche linge, lave vaisselle etc.) Le petit déjeuner (pain frais et croissants) est prévu si vous ne vous levez pas comme nous à l'aube. Nous sommes restées une nuit supplémentaire du coup. Et l'année prochaine, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Juste une chose, ne pas aller au restaurant "La Cérière" à Rémoulins. C'est horrible.

Un endroit absolument parfait si vous voulez profiter du Gard mais pas des hordes de touristes. Le gite est magnifique, aménagé avec goût, et équipé avec tout ce que la modernité permet ou presque. La chambre est juste... parfaite ! L'environnement est un appel au farniente avec une grande terrasse donnant sur le patio aux oliviers. L'hôte est très sympathique et ses conseils en matière de primeur, restauration et de cave ont été pertinents. Les commerçants indiqués étaient vraiment serviables et accueillants. Bref : on recommande !

L'appartamento pulito, profuma di storia, un piccolo gioiellino nel cuore della provenza. La residenza si compone di un soggiorno con un bellissimo camino di vecchia data, perfettamente funzionante ed utilizzabile, dove si possono trascorrere picevoli serate seduti su due poltrone che accompagnano la stanza. Un angolo cottura ben servito con tutte le comodità, ,compresa la lavastoviglie, consentono di cucinare in casa. Infine la camera graziosa e particolare. I proprietari sono riservati e gentili. Grazie per la cortese ospitalità! Ottimo anche per wend.

You know when you look at the photos on the web site, and you think that's it's too good to be true? Well when you arrive at Le Petit Do Meynes, you know that everything is going to be perfect!!! We have lived and travelled to France many times, and stayed in different regions, but this would be the BEST accommodation we have ever stayed in. We stayed for 11 nights, but we wish it had been longer. Not only is the apartment in a great region for visiting places of interest, it is by far the most well equipped apartment we have ever stayed in. Our hosts, Marlène and Jacques could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We would love to visit again, and would recommend this accommodation to everyone.
