Abbiamo soggiornato per un paio di giorni con la nostra cagnolina. Per noi è stata come una seconda casa calda e accogliente. Estremamente pulita e completa di ogni necessità. Dalla camera da letto una splendida vista mare! Luogo immerso nel verde e nel silenzio reso fiabesco dalla gentilissima e dolcissima proprietaria Kieko. Una vacanza che consiglierei caldamente a chi cerca relax benessere e cortesia!

Cette location située sur les hauteurs de Massa est la plus accueillante que nous n' ayons jamais occupée dans notre longue expérience . Idéalement placée elle offre une superbe vue sur la cote .Mais le plus surprenant est l’accueil enthousiaste et chaleureux de Kieko et Christiano .Le logement est parfait et nous y avons disposé de tout ce dont on avait besoin et bien plus encore .A notre arrivée il y avait une coupe de fruits ,des boissons fraîches et tout le nécessaire pour concocter un repas ainsi qu"un petit déjeuner . De plus Kieko nous a gâtés avec ses petites attentions tout au long de notre séjour . Le soir notre petite terrasse se transformait en conte de fée avec toutes les bougies que Kieko disposait avec soin un peu partout , embellie encore par les lucioles qui arrivaient par dizaines la nuit venue . Au fil des jours ,nous nous sentions comme chez des amis avec Gina nous faisant le fête a chaque retour . Nous recommandons avec enthousiasme cette location pour ceux et celles qui aiment le calme ,la quiétude ,le romantisme et surtout la chaleur humaine et la sympathie de nos hôtes . C’étaient nos meilleures vacances depuis fort longtemps

Everything was perfect during our stay at Quattro Angeli. Christian and Kieko were so nice, helping and full of attentions. They love having guests and treat them like kings. The house is just perfect with everything needed and an incredible view on the sea. The little village is charming and quiet with a wonderful restaurant (5 minutes walk form the house). The house by night looks like a fairy tale castle with all those candles (thanks Kieko!). There is no better place in Tuscany to spend a nice week with friendly people.

Christian and Keiko made the time we stayed at Quattro Angeli very special, they went out of their way to welcome us and to provide information about restaurants and local amenities.. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and everything we could possibly need was provided. The view from the property is stunning and the area is a quiet and tranquil. We would recommend and would return without hesitation. The candles placed along the pathway to the property were thoughtful and a delightful touch.

We've just returned from a wonderful stay at I Quattro Angeli, nestled in the beautiful Tuscan mountains. The property is located in a traditional hillside village with some amazing views. From the bedroom window you can see down the valley to the town of Massa and onto the Mediterranean sea where every evening we were presented with a wonderful sunset. Out of the other window and from the terrace you have views of the Apuan Alps and the marble tipped peaks of Carrara. I can honestly say that I've never had such a warm and friendly welcome from the owners, Keiko and Christiano made sure we were felt at home. Every evening Keiko would light an army of tea light holders along the path and around the terrace which created the perfect atmosphere to spend the evening discussing the day's activities and sampling some of the local wine. Our time here was made extra special by Gina the owner's very friendly Dog, we liked her so much we wanted to take her home with us. Christiano filled us in on all the details of the local attractions and suggested some lovely walks in the nearby mountains and Keiko did everything she could to make our stay perfect. The village is well away from the standard touristy areas and gives you the feel of an authentic Tuscan village. But you aren't all that far from the renaissance gems of Florence, Pisa and Lucca. A drive up into the mountains is well worth a day out and the beaches along the coast from Massa towards Viareggio are some of the best in Italy. The property is well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen, including a washing machine. Keiko had stocked the fridge with some essentials for us including some cold beers which were very welcome after a long day travelling. There is a bakery close by and some shops in the village, or if you prefer, some larger supermarkets 20 minutes away in Massa. One thing you must do when you stay here, at least once but preferably more, is to visit the local Pizza restaurant in Pariana. It's only 10 minutes walk away along footpaths through the village. Polla di Tommaso is an authentic Italian restaurant, very popular with the locals and gave us the best food of our trip. Christiano booked us a table one night and ensured the owner looked after us. I wouldn't recommend this property to more elderly visitors or people with mobility issues, due to the steep path to the property and spiral staircase to the upstairs. But to everyone else, I couldn't recommend it more highly. Thank you Christiano and Keiko for a wonderful stay and please give Gina a hug from us.

We were made extremely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Very useful that the owners both spoke fluent English, lots of advice about where to visit and the locality, only problem there was too much and not enough time. The property was fine, not a five star hotel but very homely. Nice little terrace with table and chairs to sit and have a glass of local vino. In the evening fireflies and tea lights made for a very pleasant setting. You need to be mobile, there is a short walk from the road with steps, oh the steps, as one local told me in Italian 'just take it steady', I don't speak Italian but I understood what he said. The location is amazing, if you look out one side you can see the Carrara mountains (where the marble comes from) and then the other direction you have a great view of Massa and the bay. The village is nice, there is a great pizza restaurant and a bar where they make their own wine, also a small shop. From the train station in Massa we were able to get to Florence and Pisa really easily and not too expensive either. This is not a tourist orientated area but there are a lot of places to visit. The population is made up mostly of everyday Italians, some of who probably have never left the area but we were made to feel so welcome, they are some of the nicest people we have ever met. The food is great and the wine, well what can I say. The things we least liked about our trip were the tourist areas with people trying to sell you 'Rolex' watches etc and at the start getting used to driving a left hand drive car, that got better and by the end of the week I was driving like a native.
